Just wondering if anyone has learned the server name or area keywords for the locations in Roots (if they reappear in G.U., that is). I was specifically wondering about some spots in ep. 2
- the beachfront with the alien structures on the far shore where Ovan and Shino discuss Haseo,
-and the cloudy hilltop at that episode's end where Haseo muses over which guild to join (sort of a Dun Lorieg with telephone poles).

Are you sure about it being ep 2? The best I can come up with from that episode and your descriptions is Arche Koln and a normal field... So unless I'm horribly wrong:

Delta Cheerful Debut End of Dreams (or something like that: 勇み行く初陣の夢の果て, it's just a normal field but it's the only one I remember the name of and it's also the location of the very first scene of the very first episode of Roots)

Ack! You're right - I was thinking of episode three. Yeah, following your link, the area I described was in of pictures one and six under "Twilight Brigade". I was also wondering about the lakeshore where Ovan and Shino discuss their sprouting seed, while Tabby plays with her 'senpai'.[/url]
Those are normal fields. The graphics are apparently designed by Piroshi-san, and that huge gun is called like the "wave cannon" or something like that... In the backstory humanity used it to kill the gods or something, I'll check next time I play... Really, it isn't too hard to just run into fields that look like these...

Uhm, like, those places look like Omega server... Though seen breifly in the games(like what? 30 seconds before the server crashed and Heruba had to use the Net Slum plans for the new Omega... The whole going up, and the waterfalls flowing from the sides... Minus the static of corruption of course... Looks like the Capital Omega... *shurg* If I am wrong... meh... I guess... you get an internet cookie XD
