Missing song

So I just got the first Roots OST. really nice, yadda yadda, but a song is missing. It's not a bootleg, it's and official copy and everything.

Every song is present except Mizuki Kyouka, which, according to the box, is supposed to be included. Have I been screwed over? Am I retarded? Has all my work as a moderator killed my brain? D: assistance, oh Wise Forumers.
