for me, it came with the game's, so i was lucky in that respect.

and liminality is cool because it show's that there are stuff on the outside or 'real' world happening as well.

It played "Edge" several times in Liminality four. I love that song that I play it twice or maybe a third time before I fought Skieth and Innis.

Liminality is definitely worth watching. Aside from being the only .hack story that takes place entirely in the real world, it also provides a lot of insight into the mysteries of The World.

That and it has Bith the Black. And edge.

I thought it was alright, and it does inform you what goes on in the real world, effects, etc. But, it's not really necessary to watch (unless you're curious about what's going on IRL).

I suggest getting it if you like little goodies/extras and more info.
