I like all of the data drain scenes and when Kite and Balmung team up, but my favorites are Mia's death and Mia's rebirth

I didn't happen to see the FMV of Mia's rebirth until after playing G.U. Vol. 1 & 2. It had me in wracking sobs by about half a minute in when I finally did watch it.
