I usually import soundtracks from http://www.cdjapan.co.jp
Amazon.com also has a few, but their selection is very limited.

Then there's one last resort... Google it. You might find something there...

There are several soundtracks. You could go to the official dothack website, but I do not believe that you can order them there. If you have a Suncoast or another store like that carries anime, then they should have a little CD section that has the OSTs for various anime. Last time I was at a Suncoast I saw at least two .hack//soundtracks, but unfortunately I was broke at the time.

I can only suggest like Beo suggested, Sun Coast. But also any video retail store that sells the .hack in box sets. Each .hack DVD series contained the OST for that series as long as it was in a box set.

Also there is animenation.com to add to your list of anime online retailers.

If you want a single song you could try Kazza or Shareza. but for the whole album I would also recomend Sun Coast.
