I think CN may not even realize it's on their station. If you check their site's show calender, their TV Guide showing, etc. there's nothing about .hack//Roots. All that shows is they only did that to please us .hack fanboys.death angel wrote:Ah 5 a.m. the perfect time to put the show on. . .
Wonder what they were thinking puting it on at that time.
And if I'm not mistaken they did finish LotT when it was on a previous 5:00 time slot next to Yu Yu Hakusho. They didn't advertise for either of them.
It's just for us people who know about it.
Honestly Saturday or Sunday at the butt-crack of dawn is where Cartoon Network always seems to send Bandai's animes to die slowly. It's odd that they were indifferent enough about the series to place it in that timeslot, not advertise it, and not even show it on their schedule; YET... they delay the last 5 episodes for our benefit. Oh, gee... thanks.
To be completely honest, there's no real spoilers for Vol. 2 until the last few episodes. But the spoiler's a real good one, though... like the entire epiphany of Vol. 2! Really, someone dropped the ball over at Bandai for sticking that gem into the series. SHAME ON YOU!!

Perfectly stated....although I still feel like fans are gettign screwed...especially those without dvrs or a programable Vcr (for the record I do dvr those eps.)GoZero wrote:I think CN may not even realize it's on their station. I'm not sure, I'll check my TiVo.Demon_Skeith wrote:so Adult swim is going to be shown 7 days a week starting July 6th and they are going over .hack//roots showtime. so does any know if they are having roots on a different time?
But remember, you could either wait for the DVDs, buy the crappy bootlegs, or simply download it and get arrested.

Maybe you should just stick to renting or borrowing.Demon_Skeith wrote:gee good choices either way it will cost me moneyShinoBee wrote:I'm not sure, I'll check my TiVo.Demon_Skeith wrote:so Adult swim is going to be shown 7 days a week starting July 6th and they are going over .hack//roots showtime. so does any know if they are having roots on a different time?

I'm just going to wait for a boxset to come out, it's always cheaper.

Re: Cartoon Network started over?
I ended up finding a site that had a listing of all the .Hack//Root's episode's and when they where aired.... it said that the last one was aired the day CN started showing .Hack//Root's.... go figure.
