I believe they were just Bullshitting, basically filler talking. I believe it isnt coincidence that they were in that area. Zelkova probably knew there was Aida right behind him/her, they just wanted to see the avatars in action, especially Haseo. and dont gimme that crap about "the only people who can see avatars are epitaph users" cuz we all know the serpent of lore can filter through to the truth, in that case Zelkova could hack through and see them too.

Keep in mind the Serpent of Lore was created and used by the Prophet's Epitaph User.

That and Zelkova seems legitimately surprised when the AIDA appears, and explains that he "didn't know what just happened, but I think you saved me. Thank you."

Zelkova, before this incident, did not know anything was wrong in Za Warudo, and did not see Avatars.

Also I really think Zelkova is either Bith the Black(Ichiro Sato) or Helba herself. Especially since he/she does alot of Helba-esque things, like Contacting people on their unlisted cell phones, etc. Though his/her voice sounds a lot like Blackrose. Also, am I mistaken or does Zelkova say something to the effect that not only is he a resident of net slum but he is the one who created it?

He never said he created it, there's such a thing as voice changers, and lots of hackers can call unlisted cell phones.

He has amazing information gathering abilities, but I was referring to his superb sense of empathy, since he can read people's emotions and personalities like a book on levels only A.I. have so far demonstrated in the series.

Why would he have to be her son to inherit it? He could be an apprentice, since for all we know Helba is an old woman who was nearing the end of her life, or something. Maybe she retired. I doubt Zelkova is Helba, since Helba verbally expressed that she had no interest in the normal affairs of Za Warudo, but Zelkova could easily be a relative, an apprentice, or an A.I. that Helba was especially fond of.

I found that out about Pi in vol 1 also you could go to Wiki to find out there ages and stuff . I think Kaede follow Zelkvoa almost everywhere . In a way stalk him but he know she follow him almost every where .

My name is Jun Bansyoya. I wrote this journal.
I'm a programmer, an A.I. psychologist and an employee at CC
Corporation. This journal will serve as a collection of my
experiences as the lead developer on something called Project
G.U. and my personal impressions and analysis of a game known
as "The World." Struck as I was by a bout of guilt, I feel this
is the only possible remedy for my conscience. Although I wouldn't
swear that everything in this journal is one-hundred percent
accurate to me it's the absolute truth.

MY EVIDENCE AS TO WHY I THINK JUN IS PHYLLO:

For his age, he
was truly a genius. Although Mr. Amagi and I were far from

and combined abilities helped greatly to advance the project

Avenger, the Epitaph User I removed to prevent Amagi's experiment was
still being kept in my computer.

Eventually, CC Corp will become aware of the existence of Tarvos, which
contains a piece of the Morganna Factor and that I have it. I have to
come up with some countermeasures. When the R.A. program failed the
other six pieces of the Morganna Factor, having been seperated from
their Epitaph Users were once again lost in the networks ocean of data.
Project G.U. was gone, Amagi was beyond any hope of recovery, and
with me now gone from CC corp things will be safe. At least as long as
the Chosen Ones don't access The World. If they do, they may unwittingly
draw Epitaphs to themselves.

Then, much like what happened with Sora and Skeith could happen again.
In the end, my goal of preventing the birth of Cubia the Anti-Existence
can be said to have been accomplished. Having known Harald Hoerwick,
Jyotaro Amagi, and "The World" more intimately than any other I had one
final duty. I had to keep the Epitaph User of Tarvos safely hidden away.
I had to prevent those outside CC Corp from learning of the Morganna
Factor. However, things had taken a turn for the worse.

AIDA IS...
The salvaging of the eight pieces of the Morganna Factor would
literally become a Gathering of the Unwilling. Distortions would
appear randomly like unwanted tumors. I reported these findings to
Amagi and urged him to put the R.A. Plan on hold until my concerns
could be resolved. But Amagi refused, saying that the distortion
produced earlier was due to hidden bugs in the Harald System

strong enough to revive Aura the
ultimate A.I. doing so could produce giant distortions all over the
internet.

Yea, the age difference between a 19 year old and someone in his early 30's. There's a picture of Jun as a 20-year old and Mai as a young child of about 4. Pi is in her late twenties at the time of GU, so there's no way Jun can be Phyllo's age.

Because he studied the Black Box, figured out exactly what happened during the Twilight Incident, and f*cking spoke to Zefie. Phyllo did NONE of these things.

Pi/Reiko is not related to Phyllo .In Roots and though the OVA she is 23/24 . Phyllo is like in his 80s or 90s . There no way she can be related to Phyllo unless that was Pi's greatgrandfather .

Kaede doesn't know about the whole Cubia/AIDA Server/Avatar/Net Slum/Black Box stuff, and openly admits to it. Zelkova, however, is given ALL the credit for the hacking, and HE is called the Master of Net Slum, not Kaede, who isn't even aware of Net Slum's existence until the climax of Redemption.

Where'd you get the idea that 'everyone suspects'? Last time the topic was discussed, only a handful of people seem to believe that Zelkova is Helba.
