And for Megan, seriously try the Forest. The last boss ...is true endgame. Not very easy to say the least.
Oh...I also notice a lot of people seemingly not quite as "happy" with the ending (Either story or boss...) For those of you...DO FOREST OF PAIN. Cuz till you do it -I do see this thread says spoilers =p- You're not really done with the game...

LOL well I am at level 40 of the Forest of Pain as of last night. The bosses started working my posse a little hard so I figured it was finally time to start getting to 150 even though I really want Tabby. Beat the Shade boss...that wasn't that bad but those sorcerer owls were a bit of a pain to Atoli and Kuhn. Currently at level 145,143,143... Haseo has like 5,145 HP because of ups and accessory items... I don't worry about him but the other two kinda nearly died on the last owl...so i'm now leveling to 150.
so i beat Redemption last night. HATED the fact that Haseo chose Atoli over Shino. Shino's waaaaay hotter. and i love the last form avatar battles. a little reminiscent of Zone Of The Enders Style. Havent gotten to forest of pain yet or finished all the cheat alchemy. Lvl 143. still much to do. Probably be playing it for at least another 200 hours.
I finally beat cubia but now i have to start over from the begining of vol.2, because i used the all postcards cheat and gave the promise card to all the girls, then when i went back in after talking to shino, it fastfowards a conversation with one of them goes to hy brasil then the screen goes black and i think its crashed at that point.
i beat vol. 3 about 2 days ago (i beat lone he still hasnt beaten it LOL) but i still have to get tabby and natsume and idk where to get the area words for the forest of pain so im kinda mad but im gonna search a little bit mroe b4 i throw a hissy fit
i finish it 2 days ago...just finish watching all the 22 ending of the greeting cards...now to go hunt down more cheat codes and virus cores...after that getting tons of smoke screen and run through FoP...the monster are annoying...
i just beat it today!!!!!!!!!!!!!! omg the ending was great and i was happy to see that haseo followed his heart. i still have to get natsume and tabby. i finshed the game at lvl 132
I got my ps2 working and was able to finish it, beat it at lvl 126 ( cubia pissed me off >.< )
I relley like the end game of .hack so ill keep playing on that file.Still have to do the forest of pain though .
i trained a bit too much, so i faced Cubia at level 140 XD, just beat the game. twas awesome. though i thought it was a tad sad. i still have no idea how to get tabby or natsume, and get the area words for the forest of pain...but i'm working on it...i'm too lazy to look at a guide.

you could save before sending the card...in this way you can view it as many time as you want...
Finally!After All these days!!Its finished!!...Beaten in about 2 or 3 days...maybe 2 and a half...Got Natsume(the Chaotic PK's were easy as chicken pie)....Trying to level up Haseo,Atoli and Kite....killed doppel 2 times...at the 15th floor of FoP(Just an hour ago )...DEATH TO CUBIA at level 132...
