Which 'The World R:2' Character Class would you want to be?

Post by Umbra »

For a while there has been a topic asking which Character Class you would be, however, there has yet to be one with the ten new Classes of The World R:2.

So, here's the poll, which 'The World R:2' Character Class would you be?

My own choice would be the Danse Macabre, they sound rather graceful and fighting with fans has a certain fluidity I find appealing.

Oh right, I didn't pick subclasses.

That'd be... Steam Gunner, Brandish and... if it gets me some spells and increased magic power, Warlock, otherwise, Partisan.

Choices and reasons behind them.

1: Blade, because swords are for real warriors. Guns are for cowards.
2: Brandish, the bigger the weapon the more damage it can cause.
3: Twin Sword, can hold two weapons.

A simple twin blade I like the versatility with multiweapon but I dunno just one choice appeals to me really. The stats probably would be different if you were a multiweapon.

I choise Multi-weapon. I like the wide range of adaptibility The class has even with the lvl cap.

Oh my god, you guys suck! None of you picked Brandish or Partisan? I would've expected Brandish to be one of the more popular choices. I thought there was more diversity in The World. Whatever, you all go ahead and be Multi-Weapons, see if I care. >.>

And I picked Harvest, because the respect other players afford healers is very satisfying. Also, roleplaying an evil Harvest would be lots of fun, coming up with cruel and selfish reasons to heal people.

I almost picked Brandish, but I picked Blade. Still I thought no one would pick Harvest, much less a evil one.

Multi-weapon can help a player adapt to many situations like twin blades for close range and speed. the heavy blade for power against your opponents and the sythe you can spin it to handle people who surround you. but there are just my opinions but that's how i would use it if i created a character like that.

Well personally I couldn't tell you for sure, if I had to chose something closest to me fighting style I'd have to pick Blade. HOWEVER being that Blade is only about 95% my style: I'd have to decide upon Multi-weapon in general just because you can use Blade weapons when being a Multi-weapon.

~Blade-casue depending on the size and shap of a blade can determine the different types of fighting you can become capable of. Blades tend to bleed over into other classes just because swords in general are so universal.
~Twin Sword- Personally I'd like it if you could duel weild two Blade weapons. That'd be sweet ,but since it's not possible:good old twin blades will do.
~Partisan- in my opinion it takes a long time to truely master spear fighting. Although it's probably one of the easiest to use right off the bat, it's by far the hardest melee weapon to Truly MASTER. I mean anyone can pick up a spear and use it to stab at opponets but very few can acctully master the ability to use it with true grace and precission to equall that of a Blade or other class. So yea that's why I'd chose it.
