Yes. Yes it is. That's why there are great forums made to talk, discuss, find out the most recent news, and meet new people who also think that .Hack is an awesome series...such like dothackers! And that's why you've joined this site to come and post, and share your love to the series!! :D
However, you shouldn't just come and say ".Hack is cool" just like that. You can read other topics and find out interesting ones where you'd love to share your specific opinion, or make your own topic to talk about something. Just make sure you're posting in the corresponding section, which can be from the .hack//SIGN anime, to the .Hack//GU Rebirth videogame. There are many things you can talk about .Hack, and many topics where to begin talking about it, you just have to look around :P
