Hack GU, CB codes, quick exp gain all chars

hi, i tried using the quick exp gain all chars code for hack GU vol 1, and i think i set the value to high(set it to FFFF), doing this cause my chars to never lvl, what value should i set it to to make it safe? thanks in advance and thanks to Zero for making some really awesome codes!


nvm, found that 9999 or 270f in hex, is the best value, quick lvling

so for anyone who may want it and to avoid having to set and rest ur codes here is the one i would say to use:

ok, now i have a new question, how do u use the joker commands? there is a code here by Zero (i think) that says to use a joker for the inf items, yet out of 46 pages there is nothing to explain how, when or where to use the code, 0002, what button is that? where to i put the code itself? at the top or bottom when putting the code in on the CB? any help would be great.

You should just message the person who was referring to this "joker code" rather than make an entire thread over it.

If you can'y figure out how to use the cheats, then maybe you should just play the game normally...as in with more difficulty than blinking.

i have beaten the game more several times, if all u did was post to tell me i shouldn't cheat u wasted your breath, i would have posted in the thread itself, but its locked, so i had to make a new one, and if i post, someone with knowledge on how to use said joker code, may be able to help me rather than pming one person, and hoping to the maker that he/she is still active.

Please don't double post. Joker codes work with the two lines below them. In Kingdom Hearts hold down a button as you enter a new area. (black screen). I've never used one for .hack, so you'll have to discover more on your own.

ok, i get that, but umm, if i use the following codes:

Inf Item Usage (May Want to joker

(Off Code for Jokering use with above)

i'm guessing the code should look like this:
201ef908 a5230002
201ef908 00000000

and the first line is the joker, what button am i meant to press to "turn off" the code?

and sry for the double post, but i didn't think anyone would anwser if i didn't

sry for the double post, but it's been to long so i can't edit it, plz, could someone help me with these joker codes, i pmed the person who made the codes originally but i doubt he/she will answer due to there last activity was back in 2008 or something, so if anyone can assist me that would be smashing.
