How can I duel?

Just downloaded the game yesterday and more or less got the general idea (the translation helps a lot) but idk how to duel, I enter the first menu and see this: 
but that doesn't do a thing, then I click on the red button on the top right and get this screen : 
I click on a player and it takes me to their profile, I click on the only thing clickable (a red button which is under the PC model) and ...nothing, I really don't know what I am doing at that point, can someone tell me what I need to duel? Thank you.
