PSN?

I sold my psp for a vita and now I don't have a way to play LiNK. I was wondering if it was on the JP marketplace and compatible with Vita before I look into making an account and then trying that trick to get it on my normal account. I was looking at JP marketplace on the normal website and found link but I couldnt understand the page and wasn't sure if it was available for download or not.

This was like a month ago when I looked. Just looked again, couldnt find that page. But I did find an easier to navigate way of looking. Its not on there.
