That's just a style of art.

It's an image of Pi, Atoli and Kuhn. What your seeing is a certain art style, The game seems to have several of them. There is another one with Schicksal. Funny thing all the characters in this style appear to be in The Real World. I don't think Its promoting like thought above, just a mode of play. (reload the page to view the image, otherwise just go to the site.)

EDIT: Yeah I just rechecked in the background of all the character appearing in that art style, there is a certain setting or people around them. In short that is the real world.
