Yeah Ebay is bound to have it. Although I've seen that Fry's Electronics has it too last time I went there. I don't know if that's in your area though, or if they even have it anymore.
I can't find quarentine, myself, got all the others easy from ebay, but the only quarentine copy I found on there was going for $80 and much as I wanted it, that was too high for what I wanted to pay
Yup, sadly used is the only way to get it....use EB's website to locate which stores have it in stock and maybe ask the clerks if they can get it from another store.....worth a shot.

ebay, amazon, used game stores thats where i got mine, used games stores, like software etc. and gamestop (i got vol 4 used rest i got new) also places like hastings seem to carry old games that arnt used longer than other places
The way I got my mutation was at an anime convention; so if you go to any of those you might wanna look around for it (of course I still need quarentine T.T)

Are you serious $80 for a game i find that ridiculos
anyway, Fry's stocks them a lot.
along with a LOT of Japanese games (be warned they 'shuffle' their stock almost daily)
I got Jump Ult Super stars and Chidori vs. Rasengan 2 there.
