Fate/Extella: The Umbral Star has been delayed from its previously planned winter 2016 release in North America and will now launch for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita in early 2017, publisher XSEED Games announced.

^_^ You can purchase it on Ricedigital's site,they ship worldwide and even have U.S. versions of afew games but not Fate/Extella,not to mention they occasionally have an exclusive Collector's edition. I got through the main... And it is fun, though I haven't done three of the side stories. I don't really think I want to do all of them.

Though I guess Arturia's is very different compared to the side stories for most of the servants.
