Unfortunately everything on that list is existing IP, except for Granzella which is being made by the developer known for the Disaster Report series. A leak would be reassuring. This is just depressing.

When is TGS exactly? I need to schedule in a day of suffering after absolutely nothing happens.

Re: Matsuyama on G.U. HD [JP]
Some info from the Famitsu "high-end games" article about the 3 new projects:
-They won't be in "super-anime" style like the Naruto games.
-One will be "CC2-style photorealistic," in the vein of certain shounen manga. (There is speculation that this is the "photorealistic RPG," "open world," "VR game" from CC2's cryptic word jumble)
-Another will be "a new answer continuing from 'super-anime.'" This is something hard for CC2 to do, so they don't quite "have the 'answer' yet." They want the game system to be something amazing too, so this project is going to take some time.
-The final one will not be photorealistic, but you won't be able to call it manga-style either. They're trying to create something in line with "the anime middle-schoolers like" and "the dreams of boys and girls." (My own speculation would be that this is Strelka Stories)
So in the end this doesn't help us at all. Just know that CC2 is experimenting in some ambitious new pioneering games, and let's all just pray that they don't run out of money before they actually release something. I hope one of these is announced at TGS, but other than this article I'm not feeling the buildup. I don't think Asura's Wrath and .hack//The Movie had much of a run-up before their announcements, though.

Thanks for keeping us uptodate with the latest info Kuukai d(@.@)
They used the photorealistic style with Versus didn't they? An open world VR .hack game could be an option but who knows what any of them could be ^^' Maybe they really want an element of surprise for these titles at TGS if any of them get revealed there, either that or they aren't far enough in development to talk about them yet.

What are they saying?
Re: Matsuyama on G.U. HD [JP]
Google Translate seems to be saying it's another game developer seminar and scouting for CC2 that Hiroshi Matsuyama loves to hold.
