Same here, although I wonder up to which game the anime will be up too? Maybe it might also serve as part prequel to chrono phantasma.

Either that or it might just be a non-cannon alternative story.

Honestly, I'm going to watch it more for the characters and hoping there are some nice fights, rather than watching it for the overall plot. But still, I'm hoping they don't ruin it story-wise either.
