O_o;; Most of those comparisons don't really make sense. Like Lee's only used that seal release jutsu once. Maybe twice in his battle in the Find Sasuke arc, but I can't remember that clearly.
Okay. They're exactly the same, in the sense that Goku and Naruto both start out with fairly limited abilites, so it's enjoyable, but as they go on it gets more and more rediculous until.

I like Dbz and Naruto the reason why they are so similar is because the creator of Naruto use to read Dr.Slump and other manga from the creator of dbz when he was younger

Fixed. Both of them sit there and let them know they are charging their attacks then the bad guys don't make the slightest attempt to move out the way.
