"The only way you can avoid that would be by making me physically incapable of doing so. Good luck pulling that off with my aunt within one mile though." He looked back up curiously, "I can't remember, why are you so against telling your dad about us? It's not because I don't devote myself to the sword like you do, is it?"

Mira smiled and started leaning towards Alex. "Oh Alex, don't be silly, you're mi-" A valkyrie of a woman stepped between them, she was in a dress/suit and carried a longsword. "Your mother has ordered me to collect you, Ms. Strauss." "Guard?" The warrior woman inclined her head slightly, wrapped a coat over Mira's shoulders, and shepherded her towards the door. "And not a moment too soon, you've had so much to drink you don't even realize what you're talking to." "What? You mean Alex. He's my- my-Alex" Mira looked around the bodyguard, "I'll see you later! Al-" She was interrupted again. "That's quite enough young miss. Let us be on our way with all haste." A crestfallen voice sprang up behind Alex. "So close. Well lad, what are you going to do?" Inquired the portly gentleman attached to Auntie Dot.

Lucille didn't struggle much in Reid's arms and let him whisk her away to bed. “No no no, you right Reidy-poo, she'd jus' ruin ou' fun!” Lucille laughed and hiccuped covering her mouth. “Oppsie.” She tilted her head and let her body hit the bed. “'Sides you right, why would I wanna go see her when I have my prince Sharmin' ova' 'ere? Lookatcha all cute an' stuff, le's go to sleep, I wanna cuddle wit'cha.” Lucille held out her arms for Reid, but fell asleep before he could lay in her arms, a smile painted on her rosy- rather flushed cheeks.

Reid: ( he sits down on the edge of the bed and he smiles to himself contently and he places a blanket over her) goodnight Lucille ( he stands up) I'll be back in a minute I'm just going to go clean up ( he proceeds back to the main area of the dorm suite and he cleans up alittle bit) we were being watched today...I know we were at first it was just a feeling but nothing happened so then...*sigh* calm down Reid calm down your just being paranoid..still I somehow managed to pull it off without a hitch well mostly I didn't expect her to drink this much oh man... ( he walks over to the bed and he manages to ay down beside Lucille who's sleeping contently and soundly) huh that's strange usually by now she..


Alex: " what your talking to"?! Eh seriously?....ah wa- ( the voice from behind him catches him off guard) ah! ( he jumps and turns to look) oh it's you...I don't know maybe I'll just head home ( he removes the hat and runs his hand through his hair and sighs) I guess all I can really do is just return this outfit to her tomorrowwhat was she..what was she about to say?...( he looks at the man) I should go after her shouldn't I?



Karin: no it's nothing as trivial as that...it's just my dad he's...well he's different he's really annoying over bearing and I can't stand it when he gets into one of his moods! ( she goes on a rant) but since your dead set I'll make the arrangements you'll wish I didn't though.

He nodded in agreement and leaned in to whisper something in Dot's ear. "Oh, I suppose you're right." She smiled and pulled away from him. She stepped up to Alex and put a hand between his shoulder blades with a wink. "You're one of my dear nephew's friends, right? I'll back your play. Besides, Ms. Guard isn't on the invite list."

"I'm sure I can sleep through anything he throws at me." Sylvester said with a grin and a laugh. "Seriously, I'm sure it will be fine."

Alex: ( he looks at dot) thanks any help is appreciated...well ( he catches the clock) it's not midnight just yet...( he runs after Mira and her "guard") Mira! ( he stops and skids as he grabs Mira's hand) just wait a minute...eh uh...damnit I had something awesome thought out in my head... that's really rude I mean showing up late and stealing away my date like that do you even have an invitation to this party?that sword...please don't draw it all I have is a cane sword.

Karin: well if you really think so then fine..just don't say I didn't warn you I'll give him a call tomorrow and see if he can come to tow for alittle bit I'm sure my mom won't mind but usually it's alittle bit different of a story...you'll see and for now why don't we call it a night...I'm starting to fall asleep here. "How dare a mongrel like you touch Lady Strauss. Your punishment shall be swift and certain." Mira started to shout something as Guard shoved Alex away with her leg and pulled Mira back behind her while drawing the sword towards his wrist with blinding speed, only to be brought to a deadstop by Alex's drawn cane sword. Auntie Dot's aura surrounded and strengthened Alex enough to take the hit. "My my, you really shouldn't have done that. An uninvited guest attacking Lady Stephen's escort for the evening." Auntie Dot swung a baseball bat made out of her own hardened aura at Guard, she blocked it, but the impact sent her sailing out a window. Dot was after her in a heartbeat. Mira hugged Alex. "Oh, Alex, you were so brave, I was sure she was going to kill you, but you'd never die on me like that, and you even saved me from having to go home tonight. Tell you what, you get a special reward. I'll give you-" She passed out midsentence, in his arms. "You seem to have swept her off her feet. Hahah." The heavyset man said with a jolly laugh and walked away, waiting for Auntie Dot to eventually return. The driver that had taken them to the party initially arrived and gave Alex a hand with Mira.

Alex: oh wow..she's strong.. ( he looks towards the man) it-it's not like I really intended it to end up like this exactly ( he watches as dot chases after guard) I would ask if she was going to be allright but it looks like she can handle herself ahahah..haaah I would hate to he that girl with the sword right about now..anyway I should gt her back to her dorm it was nice meeting you sir and can you thank her for me? ( he shakes the mans hand and he walks Mira back to the limo)

Karin: hmmmYour aunt found another playmate...who could that be I wonder? Sounds really exciting I'll have to ask her about it. You guys don't have to do anything special like that I'm s- I forgot who I was talking to. damn I was hoping to put it off. allright then tomorrows going to be a long day we even have class atleast I have a quick exam in the afternoon I forgot about. Come on bed time lets go ( she walks off and yawns)

Reid: ( he rolls over and begins to fall asleep) goodnight...( he passes out soon after and sleeps soundly next to Lucille)

Reid: ( he opens his eyes slowly and he stretches out) *yawn* ( he sits up slowly) morning Lucille come on we have to get up...

Lucille yawned and rolled a little, her hands resting on Reid's face. “Shush Reid... uggh.. my head is pounding...” Lucille whined rubbing her temples as she sat upright on her bed. “Reid...” Lucille fixed her pajamas on instinct and closed her eyes. “I gave you your gift yesterday right?” Lucille asked recalling last nights events, her right hand landing on the necklace he gave her. Her lips curled into a smile and she rubbed her eyes. “Yeah I gave you your gift. Think Sylvee and Kari are here?” Lucille peeked over Reid to see if Sylvester had taken his own bed, although him taking her bed, or even sharing a bed with Kari was far from unbelievable.

Sylvester had followed Karin to bed, and fell asleep instantly, but he wasn’t in the bed when Karin woke up. A scribbled note was taped to the door,

Auntie Dot decided I had to train in the morning since I didn’t last night. We’re in the ballroom. If you pop into the kitchen you can get a servant to make you some breakfast and even bring it back to the room for you, if you like.

In the main ballroom it had gone from six on one to two on one. 2, lying on his back not really able to move, ”If Four were conscious I’m sure he’d be asking why we had to participate in this. We have bodyguards. And if either of you ever tell him that I agree with him on something I will kill you, but seriously, why do we have to do this when we have bodyguards?” 1, was sitting up but otherwise not in much better condition than 2, “Because Five’s aunt is insane. We’re not hunters, never going to be, so I don’t get why she’s being so insistent.” 6, groaned loudly objecting 1’s comment as she pushed herself back up to her feet, only to slump back down, her hand loosely gripped her rapier:”Speak for yourself. I’m going to become a hunter. I do have one question though.” 2:”Just one?” 6:”I will stab you too Two. What I’m wondering is how the hell Three is still in this? Usually at this point even brother has fallen. Since when is Grim good at fighting?” 1:”He’s a genius remember?” 2:”He does dust research, and he’s been, apparently, seeing that huntress for a while. Not sure which is more surprising actually, that he’s still in there or that he can talk to a girl.”

Auntie Dot was surrounded by a pink bear constructed out of her pink aura, making the petite woman into a large seemingly nigh invulnerable monster, plus she had a pack of dust constructs assisting her. While Grim was not a Hunter, nor ever planning on being one, it looked as though he had taken all of what should have been Sylvester’s skill with dust and stacked it on top of his own share of talent. Practically every dust attack directed at him was redirected back towards Auntie Dot who tended to redirect them once again at Sylvester forcing him to take it, evade it, or let Grim intercept it. And where Dot had a pack of constructs he had a small army, although Dot’s forces seemed to be winning, if ever so slowly. Sylvester’s melee fight was not going much better, he had long since been relieved of his spear, and so the feline faunus was fending off the glowing pink ursa with his aura claws. But it looked like the boys were running out of steam, unlike Auntie Dot, and sooner rather than later it would become one on one and that wouldn't last long.

Reid: ( he looks over to see an empty bed) hmm I guess Sylvester didnt come home last night...unless..no way eh well one of them could be here I'll go check. I guess we'll see them later I have a class with Karin today anyway..( he laughs slightly a Lucille's hang over ) had alittle too much to drink huh? (He looks at the necklace) it looks really good on you by the way ( he blushes) ah uh- anyway I'll go make breakfast I know a home remedy to get over hang overs..it might not taste the best though ( he smiles at her jokingly) what's your schedule like today?...if your really not feeling up to it I suppose you can always take a sick day.

Karin: ( she wakes up and stretches) *yawn* oh wow that bed was really nice ( she catches the note out of the corner of her eye and reads it) training. Huh? I almost feel sorry for him ( she heads down the stairs) right um so the kitchen..how do I get there again.

Alex: ( after getting ready he puts his uniform on) allright so ( he opens the door to see Lauren)

Lauren: so tell us captain how was your da-

Leo: it totally was though

Alex: you weren't there. I took her to the ball we danced, talked and she passed out..after her body guard tried to kill me I guess she wasent happy about Mira taking a non noble or high standing person as her male escort..

Leo: wait someone tried to kill you?

Alex: yep..but it was...nice you know considering all of that now. Have to hurry before she gives me another penalty it seems like its almost impossible to reduce them I'll see you guys later ( he walks out and heads towards Mira's room)

Lauren: oh wow I need to get going too I have a class with Lucy this morning!

Before long Grimalken blinked and his defense was a hundredth of a second too slow, so he went sprawling. For all of ten seconds Sylvester survived on his own before he took over a dozen decidedly fight ending blows from Auntie Dot and her pack. He lied still against the far wall for several seconds before his aura flared back up for a moment and he climbed back to his feet, popping his joints as he stretched out. "I guess that makes it three-hundred-seventy-two-thousand-four-hundred-twenty-one... nill." 2, Felix blinked at Sylvester:"Bloody hell. Did she hit you as hard as the rest of us?" "Harder. Except for October." 6:"That was just mean, Auntie." "Consider it a mark of respect." 3, Grim groaned,:"Or pain." 5:"Well, I'm going to take a shower. Sounds like Karin's up. See you all later." Sylvester showered swiftly and was on his way to the kitchen by the time the others had dragged themselves, or been dragged by servants in the cases of Three and the semi-conscious Four, to the baths.

"Lose your way?" Sylvester called as he jogged up behind Karin. He now wore a plain white button up and black slacks, his bare feet padded on the floor softly with still wet hair. "Although, I suppose, given how few people are on site just now, I guess it isn't so surprising. Plus, it's a stupid big mansion. You were on the right track though."

Lucille hurled a pillow at Reid as he teased her. “Shush you, I had just as much as you, if not a fraction of an ounce more.” She sat up in bed and recounted her schedule, thanking him for his compliment. “Dust class, I think sparring class, history and I'm blanking on the last class currently.” Lucille rubbed her temples and shook her head, rubbing her temples. “Hey Reid, think that the tournament will have skilled teams?” She asked walking at a normal pace to her room, knocking for hardly a second before barging in and grabbing her uniform. “Think it over while I shower, but we haven't fought many fauna, and Sylvee is very strong.”

Lucille exited the shower in full uniform and sat at the table, crossing her legs and stretching her toes in her toed socks. “What if they're like those Knights? I mean that girl one is really strong, you know? And she's not much older than us I think.” Lucille recalled the beating the teams received from Jeanne and Tristan-not-so-much.

Reid: hm ( he looks over his shoulder with a piece of toast in his mouth and he continues to cook breakfast) you mean miss Jeanne and her not so humble and incredibly rude companion? ( he sets up a plate of bacon and eggs with toast for Lucille) well then if they are ( he takes the toast out if his mouth) we'll just have to come up with a plan that will give us the edge..we're going t be the best team and show them just what RLKS is made of right?

"I can still move so there's that." Sylvester said with a chuckle as they walked. "It actually went pretty good, Grimalken was the dark horse that came out of nowhere. He actually outlasted Toby, of course she was up in Auntie's face with me and he wasn't but it was still a shocker. Not that I really had a chance to admire it, but he kept Dot from bringing her dust to bear on me for a while there. Ah, all of Jeanne's beatings paid off pretty well, I don't think I'll even have a bruise." He thought about what he had just said and then looked over his shoulder suspiciously. "Sorry, I just had a terrible thought. What is Jeanne going to do to me when she finds me." He shrugged, "Oh well, I'll get beaten over the head with that bridge when it comes to it. Here we are." He held the door to the kitchen open for Karin. A chef and his sous chef were already busily readying dishes in anticipation of the nearly dozen orders they would soon be receiving. The head chef turned and waved good morning to them, calling over his shoulder. "What will it be this morning, Mr. Schrodinger and Future Mrs. Schrodinger?" Sylvester shrugged and turned to Karin, "I'll have whatever she has." "And a glass of milk?" He asked setting it on the island for Sylvester. "And a glass of milk." He confirmed with a grin and picked up the tall glass. He drained it all at once and set the empty cup in the sink with a satisfied sigh.

The door opened slowly and standing there was not Mira. "Oh, you must be the strapping young gentleman Ms. Guard mentioned accompanying my dear Mirajane last night. Please do come in." She stepped aside and gestured towards a table set for two. Ms. Guard stood sentinel by the door to Mira's bedroom. "Would you like some tea... Oh, I am sorry. I haven't even thought to ask you your name nor even properly introduced myself, will you kindly forgive me?" She curtsied slightly, continuing in her honey sweet voice. "I'm Mirajane's mother Maryjane Strauss. You will do me the small favor of sitting and having some tea with me, won't you? At least until Mirajane recuperates from the evening's excitement." She sat down as a butler pulled her seat out for her and poured tea for them both. "I do hope you like honeysuckle. Sir..."

Karin: hmmm...Omelette...how about an omelette and some juice although hash browns sound good now also and hmm what else theres so many options.. ( she looks at Sylvester) milk?...not to mention the speed you drank that sometimes I forgot how feline like you are ( she giggles jokingly) oh right yeah that's what I'll get can I get that with juice?...but don't do anything too fancy if it means extra work mr. Chef

Really you don't need to apologize its my fault I didn't know who I was in the presence of. ...that women by the door Mira's mother serving me tea in a calm noble manner..this is how I die what's the play poison in the tea, or maybe that women is just gonna stab me no that would be too hard to clean so it's probably something more tame poison yep more than likely poison but there's so much I haven't done yet all my dreams and aspirations!.dont freak out...don't freak out..I got it! I can use class attendance as an excuse to run if I have to. ah yes thank you very much ma'am my names Alex I'm on the same team as your daughter. ( he picks up the tea cup)

The chef said reassuringly as he started on the omelets, his sous chef retrieved two glasses and filled them with freshly squeezed orange juice for the couple. "Chef will bring them to you when they're ready." "Appreciate it. Sylvester said with a nod and led Karin to a dining hall. At present there was one other occupant sitting at the far end of the long table, the huntress that had been with Three the night before, she waved at them and stood saying, "Good morning." She was dressed down from the night before, wearing a red v-neck, dark jeans, and she had a black leather jacket draped across the back of her chair, her true hair and eye color seemed to be chestnut brown. "We didn't really get a chance to meet last night. I'm May."

“Yeah, those two...” Lucille muttered quietly, staring at the food before her and digging in. “I guess you're right Reid, team Relics will be the best team of any school, and we'll show everyone why it is we're the top team! I mean, while I may be a Queen, I'm nothing without my King and my knights.” Lucille caught herself, “But not those knights, uhhh you know, I meant Sylvee and Kari, they're our knights kinda! I mean they always have that calm cool collected thing while we're like fire and ice, completely on opposite sides in battle styles and gosh we're cool.” Lucille finished her breakfast and spun out of her seat lifting the plate and taking it to wash. “Hmmmm... I wonder if that angry boy will be there too...” Lucille placed her index finger on her lip and let her hips fall to the table, “The one who likes me.” Lucille said half mockingly.

Reid: well your certaintly right about Sylvester and Karin although I would hardly call myself a king I mean I'm still not used to this whole being leader thing although your right fire and ice is fitting he flashes back to his brief run in with Quentin during the last exam) that guy Quentin...the look in his eyes...someone needs to open up his eyes, that reminds me I have to check on that girl. ( he drops his fork) huh- wait someone likes you?! Who?! What?!

Alex: ( he coughs slightly at the mention of him being a leader) I didn't tell her I was the leader...how did she? ( he places the tea back down) your right I always sort of knew about her passion for fashion and modeling and I agree she should definitely pursue whatever it is that would make her happy although I don't- ( he takes a deep breath) I think as her mother you should ask her what she wants, I'm not from noble descent heck this city is the largest place I've ever lived in so I don't know how matters like this are usually handled by a family as well known as yours- I just think you should talk to Mirajane and let her decide what she wants.

May raised her eyebrows in surprise, glanced towards Sylvester who shook his head, and she laughed with a sigh. "That's right. Guess it's pretty obvious, huh?" "You were the only woman there with more muscle tone than my Kari." Sylvester said and pat her arm. May bobbed her head to either side, gauging Karin. "That she is. That reminds me, Ty-actually can I call you Five?" "Five, Sylvester, whichever is fine." "Five then, you don't sleep much do you?" "What do you mean? I sleep all the time." "At night." "Oh, not really. I don't usually sleep for very long, Malkie had an idea last night, he woke me up we were talking and then we heard something break, he said it was probably just you going through a wooden dummy. How many of those do you go through?" Sylvester scratched his temple. "Uh, well, probably like one a week." "How's your dust control?" "Crap. Well, it's like awesome compared to how it was a month ago. Karin's been a big help with that." Sylvester leaned into Karin quite happily. "A less extreme case of Joan's condition." "I'm honestly not sure if not being able to use dust is worse than it blowing up on you half the time." "You know her?" "She's my master." "Oh, wow. I'd heard she and Drystan were at Ariadust, didn't realize they were teaching. how does that work, I hear he's a-" "Racist Sexist holier than though prick who worships the ground he walks on and can't come up with a better insult than Three could when he was eight." She winced slightly at the implication of her boyfriend being cruel. "Sorry." "Not your fault." Sylvester muttered with a shrug , without moving much. "So, uh, Karin was it? Five here is clearly a front line fighter, you're obviously no slouch yourself. So, are you a close combat specialist as well or are you more a yin to his yang?"

“That's what makes a good King a great King Reid, humility, too many Queens are soft-spoken and ignored, the world needs more women of charisma and charm! Women who don't need men to solve their problems, and meek humble men who are not chivalrous, I mean no need to be rude, but men and women are, with the exception of our vastly superior minds, pretty much the same.” Lucille teased and made her way for the door. “Of course someone likes me Reid, I'm the Queen of this school, you're the one that I like, but I'm sure you have competition!” Lucille stuck out her tongue and zipped down the hall. 'I was talking about the one that hates me Reid! But he'll never get that!' Lucille laughed and held her chest as she appeared in a flutter of wind, grasping at the necklace she wore. “Oh darn, I forgot the scarf!”

Quentin woke up wrapped in bandages, his chest was sore as was the rest of his body, it took more than a day for muscles to develop, and Drystan's training was still not even halfway done by his account. He rubbed his eyes and readied his uniform for school activities as he looked over to the empty bed beside him, “Tiff, I'll beat RLKS, but it seems I'm doomed to do it at the tournament and not a day sooner.” He jumped out of bed and made sure his partners were awake. “Boys we all need to practice, Mickey you got beat by a close ranged fighter, and Nate, where the hell were you? You were the towering hulk that was supposed to clear the little cat!” Quentin's hand was on his chest and he heaved a little, breathing heavily. “Yo Q, you gon' be okay? I didn't land right, you and Mickey got waysa landin' I needed luck ya know?” Michel helped Quentin, or at least tried to before getting pushed aside, “Q, you're hurt you shouldn't still be training with that Knight dude, besides, he doesn't care about you.” Quentin shook his head, “He cares about my victory. My victory is his...” Quentin shook it off, “Mickey work on sniping and just mobility in general while shooting, from what I heard about their long ranged fighter, she's very mobile, and hardly even long range to be honest, so you'll be our key. Nate get stronger and faster, you're a mountain sized man, put your strength to use!” Quentin left the dorm to make way for Tristan's room for morning training.
