Suggestions for a card game.
And no, I don't mean games like solitaire, black jack and caravan, I'm talking about ones like KanColle and Million Arthur, with collectible cards and battles, and no, I refuse chinese, korean and god forbid american games like tragic the garnishing.

I don't have my psp on me right now, and I don't have access to my computer for a while so Emu's are out of the question, all I got is my iphone and Vita.

Weiss Schwartz.
Only officially-sanctioned cardgame where Ryuko from Kill la Kill can kill Haruhi while Madoka provides backup and someone summons a persona.

Only card game I really played is Yugioh with a Dinosaur deck. I should sign up for Duel Network one day to test desks/play for fun on computer.

I have no idea what any of those are but I'm going to recommend Munchkin. Even though it's probably going to be one that you hate.
Re: Suggestions for a card game.

*Grabs Shugo Lover and tosses her out the window*
But seriously, Unless you have Dyslexia, I pretty much stated NO western card games, I'm partial to real cards, but only for collecting, I want a card game you can play online or against an AI, a card game that allows you to interact, care, or even marry your cards.

Online and Japanese is kind of a tall order, unless you mean dime-a-dozen social games that happen to have cards (like Guilty Dragon). Japan likes actual cards, and tends to lag behind the West in things like this. They do have Weiss Schwarz for PSP though.

I prefer ones with less emphasis on the social aspect.
