how in the opening vid, how the F*** does haseo (lvl 133) not be able to touch tri edge, and at lvl 40-50 haseo defeats try edge. is this video game analogy or something....

it just is. i don't think it can be explained well. probably for gameplay purposes and maybe skeith had something to do with it.

Most likely the awakening of Haseo's avatar gave him power to overcome AIDA O_o

... skkeith only did the avatar battle part. is it me, or did tri edge level down a few thousand times right before that battle, making him vulnreable.

edit: yea that kinda makes sence.

like i said it is probably for game play purposes, may not have a reason.

A player by itself has no power against such things in 'The World' The avatars, however, were made to combat them (correct?)
It's like..Kite wouldn't stand a chance against Skeith, or any of the phases, if he did not have the bracelet...

its the same thing like in infection. kite, about 20 levels lower than orca, can hurt and defeat skeith, while orca misses all the time.

guess you can say that, it makes sense.

eh, my head kinda hurts now. ill believe it and leave it at that. that orca and haseo were haing bad days.

ha. I've never thought of that before.

Like everyone else said... perhaps skeith's awakening allowed Haseo to somehow become stronger? And if you've noticed... Haseo was charging at Azure Kite with lvl. 1 twinblades :/

and a level 20 broadsword, and who knows what weak level scythe that just exploded cuz he squeezed too tight

hmmm...do you know what kind of broadsword he used? I still need to finish that darn ryu book D:

that scythe was probably lvl 25 or something >.>

He was using a Broad Legged.
You get one the same moment you can use broadswords.

I don't remember having one like that ._.

the strategy guide doesn't help at all...it doesn't say what areas to go to to find the monsters xP

Also, you had party members with you whom also had
Avatars as well. And...plus..if you notice the weapon that Haso(lvl. 133)
is holding is the basic ones you usually reacieve in the beginning of the game/ after the quest for the your second form. Those were the basic weapons. That is probably one reason.
Another would that you had 2 other party members with you.
You weren't battling by yourself. And..lol..add the levels in your
party. I bet it's more than 133.

and yet 3 level 35 monsters dont create a level 105 challenge
Hmmmmz~
I think its more of the battlefield it took place in, more than the power of the person. And Haseo couldn't even do awakenings
And... the new character is supposed to be... different <_<
mayhap he is supposed to be stronger than the average player, forget the avatars. He is a Chosen One o.o
and so he has been chosen to kick ass AFTER having his own handed to him with a side of taters ^^

My theory is that perhaps with the damaged data given by AI harald removed, perhaps AK was not trying to fight back as hard, it would explain his mostly floating there, after all, he would be defending himself, but he would also likely not be so intent on defeating Haseo in the same way because likely after that event, and this would explain his lack of another data drain on Haseo, it would go against whatever force was driving him(player, AI, CC corp, hacker, <insert wild theory here>) to act as he did because Haseo would now have semi-normal data, rather than infected data...

all the weapons haseo used against tri edge were starters, secondly when you fight tri edge in the church, you're attacking him with more power and much more of a threat, When fighting him at level 40, its like what just pinched me, till he realizes hey you're beating me up! then avatar tiem

Haseo would have never gotten that far without his friends.

So, I'm guessing that levels don't matter as much.
