There's been some progression on anime development according to an interview by Touchi Hiroki, referenced by
MOON PHASE . Also, from
2ch , there's notes regarding who's doing the anime (Newtype magazine):

You can call it one of those really strange sites that gets information from who knows where, and we'd call it rumor but 99.999% of the time it'd end up being true.

It's a Japanese webpage where upcoming anime (rumors/planned/etc) is reported.
