where do you find the lvl 23 twin blade weapon, Bloody Blades?

i cant find it anywhere

I got Bloody Blades from spring of myst. And I noticed something I got Bloody Blades in Infection and they're differant than the Bloody Blades in Outbreak. Which is weird O.o

they changed the ones in infection to blades of blood and made new ones bloody blades
