Story: this world...is black...its dark corrupted...within this dark city ruined by corruption and greed there is a society at the heart of all these problems the corpporation.....Ouroboros....theyve kidnapped everyday children from their homes or on the streets they have murdered families...and in turn have started Project C.E.R.B.E.R.U.S..the sole purpose of this project is to turn these kids into super soldiers....they exhibit super strength super speed and incredible healing abbilities....for years I've been held up in this place the exxperiments and tests they put you through are in humane..the Cerberus gene normally eats apart the host from the insisde out...only the lucky few have lasted this long.....I'm tired of this life... I'll take this GOD FORSAKEN BODy AND TEAR APART OUROBOROS FROM THE INSIDE!!!!!.....I've watched my friends die before me...Ive seen the pain and suffering of this place....Dr. Lillium...shes the head of this hell she pulls us in with kind smiles and a mother like feeling....shes the devil herself. Because of this woman I was forced to kill my own sister the only family I have left even if its going to kill me I'm going to destroy this Organization and kill Lillium with my own hands and I'm going to watch her suffer

note: THis is not a happy go lucky story..there will be some moments but if ur looking for happiness and good prevailing....you wont find it here this rp is based around a Struggle to Survive....not some fate for the world...but for ones own fate and a tale of vengence this is part 2 of the Cerberus Story this takes place after Haine was forced to shoot his sister dead in order to stop her this is what happens now....Ive changed it where you don't have to be a member of ouroboros you can be a outside character maybe a body guard for one of the targets in the field test or a police officer or a civilian who somehow got involved in ouroboros affairs can be a mercenary or anything really

Phases: phase one: a small dosage of of the Cerberus gene patients display little power not much
Phase 2: after the gene has taken hold...the host will feel increasing amounts of pain...some have even taken their own life due to the pain and illusions they see though their strength is outstanding
Phase 3: Awakening a awakened mode...with control over abilitty.....
Phase 4: constantly filled with rage and fights with only rage and anger like the fury of a beast becomes a perfect killing machine experience much enjoyment when crushing his/her enemy

abillity: he can't die the only thing that can kill him is if his head gets cut off or if hes shot in the head abnormal healing abillitties and he's super fast and strong and has unbelieveable Accuracy

bio: his personality is very quiet though he was once a innocent boy though that all changed and now he's quiet and wont bother to get close to most...he's known by the other patients as Cerberus because the gene worked quickly on him then the rest and he fights and exhibits strength that can rival that of the legendary demon dog Cerberus itself he was first admitted at the age of 12 after ouroboros took him from his home and took both him and his sister from their parents and killed them in cold blood after a field test he had to stop his beserk sister due to her being the only ties he had left to humanity he completely fell into dispair he hates and despises lillium and wants nothing more than to kill her with his bare hands normally hes emotionless and has proven to be the perfect killing machine

Bio: Mayura grew up wanting to be a nurse, but her grades and achievements were never enough for people to accept her. For awhile she worked for a no name hospital. One day, she met a man who was willing to go under a procedure. After a short dating period, she agreed to marry him and take care of his needs. She watched over him with tenderness until he killed himself during phase 2. Left without a purpose and holding a much more essential position, she accepted a job working as Doctor Lillium's assistant. She keeps her distance, only revealing doubts to Doctor Lillium.

Weapon: Carries a Colt .45, along with a number of scalpels.
Appearance:
Bio: Vossler has spent many hours studying the effects of the Cerberus Gene, however, unlike other scientists, he wasn't simply content to keep it as was. Dozens of experiments, all that have ended in the death of the subjects, have brought him on to what he considers the "brink of the new age." HIs attempts to find and adequately, and ideally, bond the CERBERUS gene with a human being, allow it to perfectly bond, and then extract them to infuse himself with those powers. To date, he has five completed genes, but only one surviving subject.

Due to the barbaric nature of his treatment of subjects, the Ouroboros has sworn this to be his last subject. As such, Monroe has taken very careful care of this one. After all, this one is his last chance to produce a modern god.

Experiment Notes:
Name: "Zorlo"
Age: 25, or thereabouts.
Race: Human
Ability: Unknown, although he has been exposed to the gene. Further studies are necessary to prove it.
Phase: One, or so I've assumed, although he lacks any sign of development.
Weapon of Choice: From what I've seen, he knows his way around wielding western style swords, and is fairly proficient with them. Not that I choose to give him weapons very often.

I choose those clothes to remind him of the potential life he'll never know. Kwehehehe.

Observational Notes: The last test subject I've been given. At least three dozen test subjects, and only five usable samples. This one, however, is unlike the rest. The only noticeable effect on his person is that his hair changed from brown to green as a side-effect of his being exposed to the basic dosages of the gene. Still, I've seen that the bonding process is occurring, however very slowly.

I've also experimented with testing weapons on him, but it seems he possesses some knowledge of wielding weapons is based around the western style swords he seems to have a great knowledge of. His refined sense of combat, despite his physical deterioration that has occurred while I've kept him locked up, seems to be increasing, but I don't know anything else about what the mutation may or may not be doing. It is becoming more and more frustrating as I await necessary results of developing powers.

Most recently, they've begun sending some stiffs to keep an eye on how I'm treating my... "patient." THey continue to nag me time and again, yet they'll never find the full extent of my research. When I finish my research, I shall integrate the powers I've taken from the other failures and become all powerful. Yes, yes, that shall work. Now then, I must continue my research. I hope this little piggy continues to hang on until I've mixed these powers and eliminated the problems we've had with these animals and the birth of a modern god. Oh, I'm giddy just thinking about it.

Last note on this subject however: Should his powers prove to manifest and become of use, I'll extract it as well. He either needs to show results or live long enough to finish this research. I'm so close. So very, very close! The new world is about to begin! KWEHEHEHEHEHEHE!

Gained the name, "Railgun" from her power's 'side' ability to manipulate Magnetic fields, allowing her to launch small, metallic objects at velocities and damages levels comparable to high level rail guns.

bio: Serene is an orphan that was taken by Ouroboros as a cheaper method then killing off a family for test subjects and has been tested on since the age of five before finally being placed into the C.E.R.B.E.R.U.S. Project as part of an experiment to create self-resurrecting soldiers with supernatural powers. As a result, the years of experiment, testing, and abuse have left her a nearly emotionless, 'broken doll'. Even after entering Phase 4, almost none of the characteristic building rage has been displayed from her. The main focus now is to fully discern if the anomalies detected within her are or are not true emotional feeling.

Haine: { he looks behind him to reveal two dead bodies that seem to be body guards of dameon monroe one with a bullet wound through the heart the other with a snapped neck as he receives his call back order he walks off towards Ouroboros head quaters}

Sitting at the desk outside of Doctor Lilium's office, Mayura Sakuragi was editing the progress of a file. Her hands were moving at a slow, but steady pace as she marked any chart errors and corrected them. She stood up as soon as the file was completely edited. She moved towards the door, her heels making a soft sound on the ground. "Doctor Lilium, you have two appointments in an hour. Shall I prepare the documentation?"

Lillium: { she hands the folders to Mayura} yes prepare the documentation though Haine shall be arriving soon as well if Im still busy do keep our young friend occupied till my return also do a quick physical check up on him if you would? { she grabs the documents as she walks out}

Haine: { he enter Ouroboros's Head quaters as he takes a elevator to Lilliums floor as he knocks on her office door and walks inside to see Mayura}..........is the Doctor in? { he looks at Mayura briefly though his gaze just seems to draw in everything around him as he slowly looks away} Why is someone like her working for lillium { he leans against the wall and crosses his arms}

"Welcome back, Zwei." Mayura spoke, standing up from the desk. "Doctor Lilium will be back after she attends to a few appointments." She kept her hands to her sides as she approached him. "I will be giving you a short physical check up until she returns." She led him into the examination room that Lilium had put up for more private examinations. "Are you feeling any pain?"

Monroe had yet again escaped. It was almost too easy to outsmart the others of Ouroboros. It'd taken them years to figure out his aims, and even so, they still hadn't captured him and his materials, collections, and other things. "Worthless humans. They're all useless against that animal... how bothersome, how bothersome," Vossler muttered to himself as he stared at Zorlo, who simply sat in a cell and looked up, chuckling.

The green-haired man coughed loudly, and painfully, into his hand as he looked at Monroe. "Wow, I can't believe you. Are you really so crazy to think they wouldn't eventually figure out you were using people in experiments and then discarding them like used rags when they became useless?" the man asked as he looked at his handcuffs. "Accept it, you have five working specimens, and I'm your last living experiment. Had they not found out you were hoarding the genetic material for the powers of five possible soldiers, you would have been sunk after I died."

Monroe laughed as he opened and flipped through his notes and smiled. "Wonderful, wonderful, WONDERFUL! I'm so close, dear Zorlo. Just because your genetic material may be rejecting the Cerberus Gene doesn't mean they won't eventually take. I doubt you'll live long enough to see that, but still, if it works out I'll collect your completed gene as well after you die!" the scientist said with a malicious cackle.

Zorlo sighed. "Not like it matters. I'm screwed no matter who stops you. ANyone that finds me from anything will kill me, so it isn't like I gain or lose anything when you die," the man said with a sigh as he laid back.

Monroe scoffed and returned to his exceedingly well hidden base's lab as he returned to his goal. He was almost there. He'd possess all of the powers he had gathered and make himself a modern god. A wonderful day was coming, and nothing could stop him, he believed.

Lillium: well than that takes care of that the new Patients seem to be progressing at a normal rate unfortunately it seems we've lost a few now to head toward that meeting { she walks to a open office room} I wonder though....that monroe

Mayura's voice didn't show she had been effected by his words. "I'm to give you an examination until Doctor Lilium returns." She spoke, pulling out what looked to be a pack of gum. "If it bothers you, you can chew some of this until she returns. It'll be a short examination, I promise." She had a smile, though there was something in her eyes that seemed different for a moment. Perhaps a memory from the past had been brought up. She felt the ring on her finger, losing whatever her thought had been as she took a look at any area that seemed slightly off.

"All tests are negative, Dr. Bevelle," came four simultaneous voices as his four 'aids' all reported their individual findings on the seemingly girl that currently floated in a scanning/stasis tank Before him wearing naught but a breather. As always, the man was intrigued by the relaxation she showed inside the tank, something she never showed anywhere else. He turned to the first station and the scientist there started speaking in a manner that showed this was a routine thing. "There's nothing to be found in the brain wave monitoring or Emphatic response nodes. It's as if the anomaly we recorded never existed."

"I see..." The Head Scientist returned his gaze to Selene as he signaled to the second 'aid'. As always Serene opened her eyes slowly to look at Bevelle before closing them again.

"No kindling of any kind, level, or length have been recorded, Doctor Bevelle. As of right now, there's no reason to stop the project. Even when they occur, the fluctuations are low, lower then 'Her' even. Risk of failure is low," the second reported, getting a nodded from Bevelle.

But without commenting, he signal the next to report/comment. "Physical & Neurological C.E.R.B.E.R.U.S. Gene Tests are all green. Serene has fully integrated with the improved Railgun/Awakening mode and shows no sign of rejection of any kind. The full transition to Phase four is a success so far, Doctor Bevelle," Third finished. Dr. Bevelle seemed to think on this before signaling the last to report.

"Serene physical condition is currently acceptable," Fourth started. That got Bevelle's attention real quick.

"Only 'Acceptable', Fourth?"

"Yes, Doctor. since the last training secessions and mission, Serene's metabolism has greatly increased. Though her body and abilities has adapted to the higher temperature, she's quickly become under weight due to lack of nutrition and fluids. It's greatly recommended we increase her rations to compensate and allow her to regain body mass," Fourth finished pointing out how Serene's already lean body had become even leaner, borderline bony.

"Make it so," Bevelle replied without hesitation. He'd thought she was too skinny already. He'd just wanted to hear the report first to make sure. "Very well then. Once we finish with everything, we'll continue as planned."

"Yes, Doctor!"

Haine: you certaintly talkative today as usualy aren't you? hahahaha { he notices her zone out as he places a piece of gum in his pocket} This girl...she allways zones out like this....I wonder { he asks in a joking tone} " any chance of getting this collar taken off?" { he reveals the collar around his neck that most test subjects wear to keep them in check it unleashes a shock that will harm the wearer if the subject disobays orders}

Lillium: { walks by doctor bevelle's area} Doctor bevelle...any chance of you making an appearance at that meeting today all the head doctors are expected to be there it seems....we might have a situation...

"It's Doctor Lilium's decision." She answered, putting the gum back into her pocket. "I don't have access to the key that holds that collar on." She made sure that nothing was wrong with his body. He looked to be perfectly fine. "Is there anything you'd like to snack on while you wait? I hear you didn't have your meal before you left."

Haine: { his stomach growls} I'm okay but if its not too much trouble I'll take what ever you got I really need some food { he throws his shirt back on since the examination is finished followed by his hoodie and jacket as he looks around}....tch...this place is as depressing as usual

Monroe walked around quietly as he continued planning quietly. "Meh... I need this to work. I need to continue gathering some materials and information, but this single gene won't bond adequately with any human genes I've found. True, his powers were unique... but... those powers are still highly useful. Hmm... perhaps," MOnroe said as he stopped moving and began to work through a series of tests. "Yes, yes, yes. Perhaps that may work," he stated with a broad smile. "If it works, I'll have managed a miracle."

Meanwhile, Zorlo stared at the man like he was crazy. Perhaps that wasn't such a stretch, since all Z had gathered was that Vossler was totally crazy.

Though unamused by Lillium's entrance, Bevelle easily kept any sign of it off his face. After all, it's not like access to this area jeopardized anything for them and Project W. The other four scientist fell silent as usual, blending into the background of the room. Serene was curled up in a ball inside the tube, no longer relaxed. "Doctor Lillium, a pleasant surprise to see you here," Bevelle replied as he turned toward the woman. "As for your question, Yes, I think that I might be able to. We'll just have to see what happens when the time comes," he finished as he looked and got a confirmation from First and Third. "When are we scheduled to meet, by the way?"

"This place isn't that depressing when you're here."

"You shouldn't talk like that when you're in pain."

"I'll order something to be brought up." Mayura spoke, getting on the phone with a calm expression on her face. She wondered vaguely if she should be more concerned about patients. Perhaps she should try and put the emphasis on them and not think about her personal experiences. Still... She allowed the cooking aide to enter the room, letting him sit down at a nearby table to eat.

"You should eat as much as you can."
