my first original fanfic set in london, the two main characters share the same first name with me and my stepsister, this was inspired by inFAMOUS.
Summary: The story kicks off in london the city of fog, the main protagonist is James Perez Mcleod a half irish, half filipino, who works as a courier messenger and free runner, who discovers that he possesses psychic abilities such as electrical manipulation, telekinesis, pyrokinesis, and the ability to regenerate at an alarming speed, however his stepsister noel leglise, urges him to use it to help people, or should he?

James Perez Mcleod:19 year old main protagonist and a"Maverick"a human with the abilities to utilize amazing powers, works as a courier to send his stepsister to school.
Noel Leglise:James' 16 year old stepsister who constantly helps others even if her own life is at risk.
Captain Daniel Smith:A 26 year old american soldier whose expertise is dealing with"Maverick's"such as James.
Edward"Edge"Conner:James best friend, best client and fellow Maverick whose abilities are limited to remote viewing, and levitation, but still provides useful support.
"Lucky": a mysterious individual who call's Jame's from time to time asking for assistance investigating an organization known only as "the merovingians".

It all began when an explosion in the subway caused by the terrorist group the merovingians detonated a bomb killing everyone but James, he woke up later in a morgue right before they were about to cut him open, and discovered his new abilities, he is suffering from amnesia about what happened at the subway station, but still remembers everything else, when he returned home he discovered that his stepsister owed money to criminals they kidnapped her and demanded a ransom, They should have left her alone... James stormed the warehouse and killed everybody who stood in his way and when they threatened to kill noel he simply made the gunman pointing the gun at his sister shoot himself. Their leader is now begging for mercy.
