I had the guide for the game... it never told me how to get MegaSeadramon (I found an online guide, but I never tested the formula). I tried so hard to get Megadramon... and when I got him, I squealed so loud. I think it's actually Betamon that starts the Seadramon path. Even though in the games the paths deviated slightly from the original digivolution paths. (Pokemon ex: Charmander evolving into Ninetails is like Tentomon digivolving into Kuwagamon) I think the basic path is Betamon>Seadramon>Megaseadramon>Metalseadramon. The one you are thinking of is Gomamon, who digivolves into Ikkakumon. Neither of them were in the game... which sucks. Tentomon was in the game, on that bug island you get when you call Seadramon on the blue flute. Actually, I don't think you can get Weregarurumon in Digimon World 1. I know it's a hack for the game, but I don't think WereGarurumon was ever implemented normally. Maybe in the Japanese version...?
And I agree, recreate the game, same mechanics with a few tweaks, and throw in more Digimon. :3
Oh, if Panjyamon is a Leomon look-alike, then I don't think you can get him. (Unless you can hack the game so you can use the enemy digimon as your partners).
