This is a spoiler just stating this so i do not get band for anyone who wants to know what the twighlight incident acttually is ....
Spoiler Starts Here_
The Twilight Incident, also known as Pluto Again, and the Second Network Crisis (which was the official name the Media gave it afterwards) is CC Corporation's private name for the disasters depicted in the .hack//Games.
It involved the massive blackout and system shutdown at Yokohama, which resulted in multiple car accidents and fires everywhere in the city. Also several coma victims from The World, and various other system malfunctions in other parts of Japan, including a blackout at Nizato University Hospital, where Orca was hospitalized.
Yokohama during the Twilight IncidentThe Twilight Incident was caused by the glitching Morganna System but was eventually resolved by Kite's party and resulted in the death and rebirth of Aura, the Ultimate AI.
As revealed by .hack//AI buster 2 novel, the man held responsible by the company was Kazushi Watarai, despite being hospitalized for the majority of the incident. Watarai was forced to resign soon afterwards. So if you have any qeustions feel free to post and i will awnser them for you

Contradiction.
None of the names were CC Corps exclusive names.
Pluto Again was a reference to Pluto's kiss, which was also used in the media and the Twilight Incident is used by those who know about it, not just CC Corp.
Why do you tell us something we already know and can always look up in the .hack//Wiki?

¬¬is there any point to this u just got the information off the terminal disk and this is not really a spoilor since most ppl can find this information
