As I recall it's to be released June, yet CC2's site hasn't said anything about it, not to mention has it updated lately at all.

It likely won't be until a small while before it come out.

All the proof of playing Vol 1-3 was mailed on March at the latest. CC2 will be shipping out the OVAs to the people that they approve of in June.

CC2 had an update about it. Their update is a complaint that Bandai should release information about it, since it's completely out of their hands now. Anyway, "around the end of June" is what was said before and I doubt that's going to change much...

sorry to be off topic, and in addition i'm not a religous person, but someone could make the argument that the internet, an intangible entity with all the knowledge of the human race stored somewhere within it, could be considered a god.

on topic, this probly won't happen but i would love it if they put the ova as the bonus video on redemption for the u.s.( impossible for japanese ver cuz its already out and the ova isnt.) it would also fit with the first episode of roots being on reminisce and the last thing you see for the G.U. series on redemption. I'd want it to be unlocked after game completion though id be too tempted and probly watch before i finished.

I love the idea of a bonus video for the final game product. Although i'm not sure they would do that because of the big factor...Money

My bet is it will be released here though, either in Redemption like Gift and Roots episode one, or in the final roots dvd like the bonus Sign episodes. Either way, my real question is voice acting. The roots crew is done with VA, but it wouldnt kill the GU crew to voice act a quick OVA, would it? I would love it if they had GU voices and not Roots voices.... of course, I would love it even more if they just left it in Japanese and subbed.

I'd also prefer one've the two latter options. Mainly the very last one, but hey, the G.U. VA's aren't too horrible... though there are a few.

I hope it will be like GIFT and be with Redemption.

Because then the VAs would be the ones from the games.

It's completed, so I think it really will be out by the end of June. That site has a screenshot. And if the title on the tape means anything, I think it proves the title isn't "Resurrection". It's sad, though, that it'll probably come out only on dvd even though they made it in uber hd...
