What in Gott's name does Piros' Diray do?!

"-1 Magical Attack Parameter"? Is this really all it does? A friend told me it's only use is for masochists and for selling it. Another friend of mine "accidentally" used it after I told him to look at it and its stats. For some reason, he doesn't mind the -1 on his MA parameter...

I didn't know that it had -1
