Why is it that i can equip armor that is above my current level? And why cant i find any weapons above level 3.. im still using the friggin assassins and im level 9...

because there are no restrictions on weapons or armor like in G.U.
and you can get better weapons you just have to talk to people. i got Raitei (Lv.11 weapons) before i got elk and mia

How can you get weapons by talking to people..? Unless theres something im just totally missing..

is it just me or does G.U. seem much more simplified than the first 4?

wait a minute, you can level cheap weapons up? is there alot of stuff im missing...and why am i not seeing a single piece of armor at the weapon store....?

its called spring of mist if you throw weapons or armor in it the item can increase or decrease in level depending on the area your in.
and you have to scroll down the list to see the armor

raining->level up your armor but level down your weapon

How exactly or what exactly are the weather conditions that improve your equipment? Is there a list or anything? Or is it really just pretty random?
