Milly's eyes open and lifts his head up slightly to look at the girl. What is? Oh yeah, that's from little Saito's room. He lets his head flop back to the covers and goes back to trying to take a nap.

She picked Milly up, "Millintica! Can you help me?" she said smiling before putting him down and putting the hat back on him.

Saito choked on his food, "Whoa...are you okay?" Saito shook his redness away, "Need me to help you?" He pushed her away, "Leave....leave me alone..." She pushed him on the floor, "Don't push me, and I'll stay here if I want Captain" His eyes dimmed as he began to ignore her.

Little Saito stetched his little body taking most of the bed, still asleep

The King held her closed, "...She must be very ill"

Kami-sama was holding Agatha against him while he lay down on a second bed. The room had been specially specified by the queen, so Little Saito could rest along with Agatha when the occasion happened. However, he could see her pained expression as she slept. "It's okay, I'm right here." He spoke gently in her ear, watching as the expression relaxed. She leaned in closed, letting her hair be stroked again.

Chi's eyes remained on the arena.

The queen's body faded a little, returning to normal after a moment. Her expression remained pained.

Milly opens his eyes and pushes up the brim of the hat moaning. What could she possible want? Can't she see I'm trying to sleep? He puts both paws over the top of the hat and tries to cling to unconsciousness.

((well... I guess I'll introduce that new guardian ARM now. just so ya know, I'm destroying the Ring of Thought and replacing it on order to keep my ARM limit of 5 :U. as another side note, I clarified it with Haseo beforehand))

Emoto had gotten bored of sitting around waiting for the next round to take place, and he was walking around the stone hallways that twisted their way around the structure. quite accidentally, he had come across what appeared to be a hidden room, in which there was a pedestal. Emoto, seeking some kind of fun, went over to inspect the pedestal, finding words etched onto its surface. he read them out lid,"ye who s... power... st... th lies on this sto... a great .... st sea... within a s... ll belt... an aura of pure will... the stre... th to crush into dust... but c.... be this belt... sacrifice your life... operate the beast.. LifeG..."

half the words had been eroded away with time, and Emoto was curious about what the pedestal was describing, then looked up, seeing that a metal belt had been fastened around the pedestal. he undid it, then stared into the stone placed at the center of the belt. there was a sudden burst of energy, and then Emoto's ring of thought seemed to shatter into dust. he looked at it, completely shocked,"m-m-my ring... I never even used its full power..." the belt seemed to be absorbing the the dust from Emoto's ring. he sighed, then looked at the belt,"I wonder what this actually is..."

"They say that the world is full of surprises." Hei spoke bluntly, not seeming to care that Emoto was intruding. "You're really something, to be destroying things that have been there since Kami-sama placed them there." His eyes examined Emoto carefully before shrugging and walking off. "Good luck, you're going to need it with that abomination. There are worse things than death, and that is power." He walked back towards the room.

Emoto looked at Hei with a puzzled expression, then stared back into the gemstone. for a split second, he could've sworn some un-named entity had worked its way into his head. he clutched his chest, feeling an immeasurable pain as the image of something appeared in his head. he knelt to the floor, confused and shocked,"wha... what the..." he steadied himself, then spoke up,"geez, I've been doing this waay too much lately.. and my chain sighing's probably the cause.." he took a deep breath, then exhaled,"but now's not the time for skulking around. I need to get back to the arena... or face Surame's onslaught.." he chuckled nervously as he walked, unaware that his shadow was starting to change its shape*..



((*the LifeGolem ARM** needs to take time to establish a -bond- between itself and it's wielder before it can be used. Emoto's morphing shadow is a side-effect of the bonding

**Created Arm (replacing Emoto's Ring of Thought): LifeGolem- an orb shaped jewel fitted into a belt. Summons a giant six legged creature in front of the user. the creature itself is surrounded by a near impenetrable aura, and can use that energy as a weapon, along with it's immense physical strength. however, the strain it causes on the person using the Golem is immense, meaning that even after the Golem is dafeated, their body remains immobile for a large span of time, but that's made up for by the Golem's amazing defense/ damage rating. the reason it was named 'LifeGolem' is due to the fact that it feeds off the wielder's life essence in order to operate.

A few gasps came from Hei as he fell to his knees. "Like Agatha...I can handle this much power draining...but that ARM was created by Kami-sama. The last person that used it...died after ten uses. Kami-sama, what are you going to do if...another dies? Destroy it forever?"

"All around the world are special people called legends."

"Why? What makes them that?"

"I don't know either, I did not create them either."

"Then why must we serve them?"

"That is the only way to justify our existence."

Agatha's eyes opened up, looking a Kami-sama. "Did someone..." He nodded. "How terrible, that is a cursed ARM."

"Even legends are forbidden to touch it. Once they touch it...they become tainted and never can gain that status again."

[Haseo{Terror of Death}]

The girl ooked at Milly and then picked him up scratching his belly, "Millintica...I'll promise you won't have to fight this round...Please!" She hugged him tightly against her chest.

Ai sighed and hit him, "Whatever, just don't lose, cause if you do, I'll kill you." She glared at him as she said so, and then left the room.

Little Saito woke up and looked around him, "...Oh yeah, I'm going to fight tod-" he looked around as Ai had clearly fixed the room, "Might as well get dressed up"

Garnet was on the stage, his wings spread behind him, "Hey cutie...." He said looking at Chi, "You're wearing way too much... hehe"

Emoto sat down next to Surame, who instantly eyed the belt he was wearing,"saay... Emoto-kun... you never had a belt like that before... what is it?" she looked at his finger,"and where's your ring of thought?" Emoto sighed,"no idea... I honestly have no idea.." Surame looked at him suspiciously,"anywaayy.... some hooded guy came over to me... he asked me to give you this stone.." Emoto held out his hands, recieveing a spherical orb of purple hue. Surame sighed,"he said something about Life Essence, then walked off... and It looks like there's a slot for it in your belt. No idea what it might do.. but hey.. It can't hurt to try it out..." she slowly drifted back to sleep as Emoto slotted the gem into the belt,"Life Essesnces hunh... why would I need extra of something like that?"

Chi merely stood up, not bothering to look at him. "You're certainly an idiot." She turned towards the male, who nodded as he walked behind her. The two left towards the room they were to watch the games in.

The queen's eyes opened a little, her breathing a little better. Her body was visibly weaker than before.

Milly opens one eye with a sigh. Who does she think she's kidding? We all know I'm going to be in the next round, whether I want to or not. But whatever, I'm not going to be getting any sleep like this. He rolls out of her hands and lands on all fours. He transforms and pushes the front of the hat up slightly. "What can I, a lowly cat, do for you?"

[Haseo{Terror of Death}]

The girl smiled, "you can help me get ready for the fight that's in a few hours, and in return you won't have to fight, and maybe I'll give you a kiss." She said still smiling.

Garnet looked up and saw her leave, "I'm not an idiot..." he smiled stupidly, and then saw a shadow above him, "...hey...blocking the sun..."

Saito stood up, "...And I thought she was cute for a minute...then she..." he shook his head as he finished his food. "Fricken girls"

Little Saito prepared his next costume as he left for breakfast.

Sighing, "If you let me sleep, that'll be more than enough. What can I do to help you get ready?" He sits on the ground Indian style as he looks up at her lazily.

[Haseo{Terror of Death}]

She smiled, "Do you have something to cut with, like a knife or a sword? Cause I need to make these sleeves and pants shorter..."

The king looked at her, "Are you alright my queen?"

Little Saito ran out of his door, "Miss Demeter."

"I'm dying." She merely muttered. "That's...all it is. I'm dying...like so many will..." Her mind seemed elsewhere, as if dreaming of many things at once, yet still awake.

Agatha was asleep, even paler than before as she was being held against Kami-sama. He looked at Little Saito and took a few moments of silence. "Not what you expected to see?"

Milly pulls one of the rings off his fingers and hands it to the girl. "It's a dagger ARM. Just don't accidentally hurt yourself with it. If you need anything else I'm going to go get something to eat." He pushes the door open then turns into a black cat and then follows his nose to where the spectators are eating.

He nicks a couple of pancakes and knocks over a cup of milk to wash it down with. Not bad for falling on the ground. He then starts running from a rather large and angry woman with a broom. And the classic downside of being a cat and stealing food and drink from people.

The girl nodded and activated the ring, jumping at first, so that the dagger fell down onto the ground. "...Cool..." She poked the dagger before picking it up, and taking off her clothes, then her bandages. She began to cut her shirt's sleeves short, "I need to move my arms and legs easier....and i need to wear something on my feet."

The King looked more angry then sad, "Why are you dying?"

Little Saito looked at them, "What happened to her? Is it because we stood up eating all night?"

"No, she is dying." He spoke, moving a little bit as Agatha came closer, as if having a bad dream.

"I am only...a reflection. I have not lived..." Her voice spoke out distant still.

[Haseo{Terror of Death}]

The king looked at her, "...explain to me the situation."

Little Saito ran up to her, "What do you mean she is dying? I s she really sick? Or die she get really hurt?"

The girl had cut her sleeves and shorts and looked inside the drawers finding socks and shoes, "Now I can really fight!"
