Whenever I get in trouble or caused trouble as a kid. My grandmother would hit me with a slim flexible bamboo stick. That really hurts. The pain.

I mean seriously, Bane's a Mexican Hitman/Drug Cartel guy. There's not much there. But Clayface was an actor named Matt Hagen, who got into an accident and his face was mutilated. A man named Daggot gave him a miracle though, a putty that would allow him to mold his face into any shape. Eventually Daggot asked him for favors, that led to Matt pretending to be Bruce Wayne and attempting to kill Lucius Fox. After that Bruce had everyone he knows turn against him except Alfred.

Tell me that wouldn't make a more amazing story for the movie.

I don't disagree, but Nolan wants his Batman to be "realistic" or some such nonsense. So we'll just have to settle for watching the 90s cartoon and accept that the movie won't be as good as it could have been.

Bane breaks people in half. There's a lot of dramatic potential there. Clayface is a pretty cool suggestion, but I see no problem with Bane. He's been portrayed as a really dark brand of overkill, so that works pretty well for a final movie.

I've watched that one twice. It got really annoying, it developed plot holes, and covered those holes with a sudden increase in action content...

I also read the manga, the action isnt bad either, I love how obsessed Kouichi is with power, its a shame he started turning soft though.
