Ah, man. ;_;

Who knows, maybe if the game's a success, they could port it to Vita? But for that, I guess we'll have to wait the entire series to be released on Android first since this one is the Volume 1.

Here's my current crackpot theory: http://www.japanyay.com/index.php?id=CC ... ar-Future-

I actually had to dig up some really old Project GU images, which was really cool to see after all these years.

Great breakdown! I'm hoping you're right!

The New World presentation will broadcast live in 12 hours and 15 minutes. It can be viewed here: http://live.nicovideo.jp/watch/lv232753299

It will probably just be about New World, but it's always possible a factoid about Project N.U. will be let loose.

Aside from being in the audience, probably not.

Matsuyama tweeted that he got in shape for a new cosplay we'll see on the 20th, but that sounds more like a fighting game thing.

I'm currently watching it, though at the moment they seem to be talking about gundam stuff.

Any news on .hack yet? or Project N.U. rather

Should be a few hours away still based on Kuukai's earlier post. Like 2:30-ish a.m. eastern.

oh okay! Sorry for the confusion on my end, I was worried if I either missed it or was too early XD so I guess that's 1:30am for me since I'm central time

Who's down to stay up (oxymoron?) and see it live? I'm going to be playing some video games while I wait.

It'll be 1:40am central, not 1:30.

That's Hirata, the producer for the game. The game will have the same three classes as Guilty Dragon. The base is a story RPG but there's a "town" feature where players can gather. Now they're designing equipment for the contest.

Only three classes, or do they have sub-classes like in The World: Force Era?

And now it's over.

There are three weapon types: heavy sword, twin sword, and spell staff. This doesn't mean there won't be some other full game, but that's what this game is.

So... absolutely nothing? Not even a, "please stay tuned for what's to come?" No tease?

Man, to think I stayed up to 3am just to see a few grown men goof off.

EDIT: interesting that I didn't hear ".hack" spoken even once, despite the Chim Chim being there.
