Actually, it might just be the same Tokio. I think she was actually talking about acquaintances she got souvenirs for. Before mentioning Tokio, she mentions "Nome" and "Nene", which may refer to Metronom and Clarinette respectfully.
Yeah, you're most likely right. I didn't think of that at first, but it makes complete sense and given that the Tokio we know does appear later in the series, it seems that Lillie may be able to give him a gift after all.

Progress is slow, but I expect that chapter 09 should be up by Sunday or Monday.

Can I ask a question? The information broker is the one we saw in Quantum right? The one Hermit contacted and Shamrock arrested.
I wonder how could Net Slum become that way, where is the Ruler? (Zelkova? Helba?)

Do you mean
Greek? It would appear so, the character seems just as afraid to come in contact with people. Geek also assists Tobias & Mary and various other with some underground information in Quantum 1 (Introduction). As for the ruler even though scene was just a cameo there is a background image of Kaede & Zelkova as their R:X forms in the manga also I think Helba handed off her apprenticeship to Spook in .hack//Legacy. Plus Netslum isn't the best hideout anymore with organizations like Schicksal shooting up the area.

That is his name? Geek, pretty self explanatory.
Haven't see Legacy, so I don't know who Spook is. Well, true that Shicksal occupying Net Slum triad style, what I can't really understand is, why the ruler didn't take action. Unless he approved it.

It seems very likely that it is Geek, but his name is never given in the original, so it could be another player, but honestly, how many information-dealers can there be that look like that. Only two players we know of look like that, Sakisaka and Geek, and we haven't heard from Sakisaka since the Roots Era.

Lot of GU minor players look like that, roaming Root Town. Like... say, SideWinder or something.
And Sakisaka? An information dealer? psh *ming

Agreed.

Typo.
Spoke is a female character from .hack//Legacy. Readers don't know whether the character's an AI perhaps PC or the between nor does our infamous hacker. But Helba takes Spoke as her successor nevertheless. I promised to translate the work but forgot to follow up on the content. This is a nice chance to take another look at the story. As for Zelkova to illustrate the connection Spoke wields a long tree-like scythe...
EDIT: The next .hack//Bullet hasn't been released on the main site. I wonder what happened.

Excellent. I really love this series. What does everyone else think? Also I wonder who does the writing for the story. According to the main site the artwork is by Ishijima Yoko.

It's getting better~! I love //Bullet! Can't wait to see more~ XD
But wait, can someone use AI PC as their own PC?? Maybe, after Geist lost his 'mind', Yuri use his 'body' (PC)? Does that mean Yuri knows something about Immortal Dusk?? So much mystery

.hack//Archives 03 list the content as a bonus novel. There are twenty pages. Afar from the novel the closest the series has for AI PC are avatars so the idea is possible.

I forgot to write that. My goal is $200, but if I get more, that would be amazing as it would allow me to help set up a film project I'm working on too, but that's a separate thing.

I'm begging for a job myself, 1$ is equivalent of twice meal in our country (with a spare to take public bus for one)
But if someone paid me with real money on my commission, that will go for you too

"Kaczynski" doesn't sound Russian at all. Can you transliterate?
