I mentioned swapping discs because the idea seems to be that you would mix IMOQ and GU, etc.

It's not about the model viewing seriously... you don't get my point but that doesn't matter.
I'm sorry I didn't update in ages but reallife and school keeps me at bay.
However, because .hack MAD will need a lot longer to be complete (sadly) and because I just lack time to put it all together, I took some of my knowledge gathered to create a working 4bit / 8bit image decoder going for you guys...
I've heard it a thousand times by now "hackpics can extract images blabla..." - ever wondered why the pictures on it are corrupted?
Simple enough... he randomly guesses the resolution and didn't know the game can use 4bit indicing aswell...

My tool also supports alpha channels, unlike hackpics... so you guys should be able to use the dumped images as proper transparency pngs for webpages or whatever you wanna use them for...

I don't seem to be able to access your website (I was looking for the fragment English patch there as well). Is your site currently down? Or maybe your site is just not accessible from Canada? You seem talented with this, there was never a doubt in my mind about that...but what I don't understand is why go to the time and length to get fragment itself into an MMO.
Fragment was a pretty horrid game, even for a .hack imoq copy. Broken classes (god...the broken classes), leveling, etc. Wouldn't it make more sense just to create your own version of the game, then have the easy ability to edit what maybe broken within "The World" and maybe add maps in there that would contribute to it? Even though I'm making a .hackmmo myself, basicly copying as much as I can from the old games (because I'm a fan and I made that promise to my bro and CC long ago)...I will admit, along with many people, its a broken MMO idea, and probably the reason why CC2 never bothered making a real one.
It just seems like your going to a huge effort for something lesser then if you put that same effort and placed it elsewhere. I'm only saying this...because you've had the same luck streak getting this done as CC started its 3d projects...and gotten just as far lol. I wouldn't be saying this if this wasn't your x number of attempts/months/years trying this.

How hard is it to realize that this is seperate from whatever fragment project he might have previously worked on? He specifically said in the first post (in case you didn't actually read it) that he was making a library that could access any .hack game, not just fragment. You could put in a GU game, IMOQ, or if you somehow get a UMD reader you could even use Link. The library allows you to access the game's data so that you could reuse it for your own games. This was so that you could extract things like character models and other graphics. I highly doubt those were broken in fragment.
