FFX best RPG for me

I've noticed a pattern in a lot of the threads lately. The person who makes them never thinks to make an "Other" option. Lets see if we can try and put that one in next time.

I like hte original .hack series hehehe it had the most story indepth

IMOQ was alight but in my opinoin not as good as GU

I like to play the overlooked RPG's Seiken Densetsu or Rogue Galaxy. They tend to be overlooked alot and are really good. It's hard to believe that.

alot of over looked RPG's are good. the problem is that sociaty dosen't want original games, they whant repetitive ones.

I like kingdom hearts to but the thing I dont like about it is that theres an abundance
of fanboys/fangirls that think they know everything about sqaure enix yet alot of them never
touched a FF game...also sehpiroth or cloud cant rember who is voice by n*sync

The Elder Scrolls >> KOTOR

Hmm.. tough one, I've played a lot of RPGs with better stories and gameplay then the Final Fantasy's. I'd say The Elder Scrolls series, I own Morrowind for both PC and Xbox (Got for the xbox, wanted to be able to mod.) Have Oblivion for PC, and am gonna buy my friends360 copy so I can get the rest of the achivements. (got most through a rent.)

EDIT: The Zelda series to, if they are classified as RPGs, could be action/adventure.

Ironically the more repetitive games that come out and the people who buy them Adam and Morgan from X-Play will complain. XD J/K
It's kind of funny how those type of games are doing pretty well for themself.

My fave would have to be the Elder Scrolls, but I just voted on the original .hack series (GU just disappoints, I love it, but the key thing in .hack was the vast mystery which GU barely has).

What about old school games like Paracite Eve, Final Fantasy Tactics, Disgea, Secret of Evermore/Mana, Tales Series, Makai Kingdom, and the list goes on.

Screw FF (any of em), Chrono Trigger, Kingdom Hearts, and any other game series out there. EarthBound is the single most fun, hilarious, and overall bad*** game ever created.

Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars ftw!

Earthbound was a great game, i give you that. However, NOT the most wonderfull game and crap like you said. It was good, but there are a few out there alot better than that. Final Fantasy Tactics. Is one, Chrono Trigger is another. Final Fantasy X, Disgea, and the American version of Final Fantasy VI. Seven was also great. Earthbound was good like you said, but its not on top of the list.

The Golden Sun Series hands down. This is my all time favorite RPG.
