My friend tried downloading the updated version (Ver. 2.0), but whenever he tries to install it, an error pops-up, saying "Parse error: There is a problem parsing the package". He's tried re-downloading it three times, all with the same result. He already had the older version installed, but he just can't find a way to update it so that he can play again.

Anyone know what's wrong?
Any info would be much appreciated.

He will need to try and download the new version entirely from whoever can post on this forum. I had the same so I needed to delete then redownload entirely Its because it is an Asian version of the game and its not meant to be downloaded in EU or the States just yet ^^

We were actually able to get it working on his phone by transferring my copy of the file from my phone to his. Downloading still doesn't work for him though, but since we got it
working, it's all good. Thanks for the answer though ^^

Yup yupz!
Phantom Tsukasa is being crucified.
And the final few seconds give the shortest snapshot of the Phantom BlackRose picture.
So they probably haven't finished her character model yet but I'm excited for some serious BlackRose awesomeness!
