Yeah. It is Calisto's fault. Her art got me into this pairing. I hadn't even thought of those two as a couple until I saw her art. Then, I just kind of exploded into a puff of joy, then regenerated and browsed through the rest of her gallery XD

This piece is quite...long (LOL), but that doesn't mean that I don't like it. The colors, once again, are nicely done (Even if simplicity calls). The background of them teal-hearts seem trivial though (It would look good even if they weren't there!). The work is JUST a little sharp, though.

Alkaid transfers to my style very strangely. Especially since I have a tendancy to give characters really plump faces. D: Placement of the eyes is off, har. I think. 8D

time: Sketch-20 minutes, coloring-15 minutes.

Wow, I really like the Alkaid picture! I don't think I've liked the "plump face" style, but you pull it off very well and it looks really good. I just can't believe it took you only 20 minutes. If I were to do something that good, it would take me hours upon hours. And I really like the water color look.

God, now I'm inspired to work on my drawing. I think I'll do that right now...
