Kyo: ( he notices selaun miki walking over to him) can I help you two in some way?....not here we'll talk over there ( he points to a area with Abunch of shade) it's alittle to hot don't you think?

Miki: oh umm okay I guess I mean we just have a question...about

Kyo: yeah yeah! Just come on... ( he gets up and leads them bet to the shade)

Hige: ( after he gets dressed he walks with tide) so why exactly do we need to work on somethig on what's supposed to be a easy day do you have any ideas...outright new recruits are joint up today do we have to go to that ceremony? sigh why did you have to wake me like that I was having a really good dream anyway so what do we need fixed Rodrigues?

"If you want, next time I'll just let you dream forever." After several tense seconds Tide let out a laugh, it wasn't entirely convincing that he had been joking.

"There's supposed to be a ceremony today, and Ruble got sick, so you two are going to handle it." Rodriguez said without looking up from his stack of paperwork. "Well, what are you two waiting around for. Shoo shoo. Get to work." He took a sip from his iced coffee and waved them off.

As they made their way to the parade grounds, where the ceremony would be held, Tide pulled on his shades and looked up towards the sky, frankly he didn't need them, but he had realized that other humans couldn't look at the sun for very long. "Why did Rodriguez even send you along, Hige? A ceremony like this shouldn't need anything permanent, so I can just make anything needed." "Normal humans aren't as thick skinned as you when it comes to sitting on ice for hours on end." Tide looked down from the sky, "Eh? I'm perfectly normal. You just go get the chairs, bleachers, or whatever while I make this place actually ready for the event." The entirely human and most certainly not a dragon stepped into the middle of the plaza and took it all in with arms outstretched, like he was bathing in the sunlight while Hige got some guys and whatever other seating he thought people would need. "Ice Make." He said as he brought his hands together, the first thing he did was conjure a primary platform and behind and above that, holding hands on a raised dais, he made ice sculptures of each of the five races. The dragon bore a striking resemblance to the true form of the ambassador when she was still alive. He placed a hand on her snout and whispered in draconian, "It's good to see you again. I know it's not exactly how you wanted us to come together, but I'm trying, so watch over me, please." The other four weren't of any specific individuals from their races. "Hm, it needs a little, oh I know." A groove appeared about a foot below the top of the dais and water began pouring out into a pool at its base. The now disconnected top of the dais above the groove started a slow spin. "Much better, now for the more mundane things."

[Zorolo]

Zorlo had been kindly greeted by some people, and that had basically worn out his desire to interact any further. He had cleared out the area and distributed food to people that needed it. Now it was time to relax. The dragon sighed as he floated up onto the top of a building and watched over everything. He had always believed that dragons were attracted to high places because of their wings. Still, as he oversaw everything, the green-haired man became silent for a moment. "I wonder... what should I do next?"

Kyo: so you wanted to Meet me( he removes his hood) alright then what can the black lamb possibly want with someone like me ( he removes sun glasses revealing his amber colored eyes)

Miki: your k-Kyo. Sohma? The silver blade!

Kyo: last I checked I was but wow I haven't heard that name in awhile I mean after all the silver blade died right after the war started so what could you want with a dead man?

Miki: oh I was just sent to ask you to-

Kyo: no....

Miki: if you would wait no?

Kyo: yeah that's right the silver blade is dead find someone else I don't fight in this stupid war I haven no interest
I'd rather everyone just wipe each other out due to their own stupidity

Hige:wow I got to be honest I never get tired of that Tide your easily the most skilled engineer in black lamb you got to show me how you use that ice magic one time I mean its so different then anything I've seen your quite intriguing you should. Really be a artist ( he begins setting everything up as he mumbles to himself) yeah like I'm one to talk I'm not exactly normal myself ( his right eye flickers a sky blue for a second as it returns to normal) alright what now captain Lucius? ( he laughs playfully)

Diamond felt there were many people arriving. Still, she found it hard to not look at the people as they tried their best to live. Her eyes seemed to scan the area for things that might be even more interesting to observe. She, of course, had little interest in wars right now. It would only be a matter of time, she figured, until she was called back to somehow make a new front against the enemy. However, she knew she could delay it as much as possible. She waved towards a figure that had arrived above. She knew the figure probably couldn't see her, but it was a good and proper greeting.

"Kind of rude to not even wait for a lady to finish asking before shutting her down like that. You seem to have changed quite a bit, good to see you nonetheless Kyo." Selaun smiles and crosses his arms. "So you want everyone to die in this war hoping no one survives? That's interesting, your new viewpoint seems to contradict everything you've done in your past. Perhaps you're suffering from heat exhaustion... After all, you are wearing that rather large sweatshirt in this heat."

Kyo: so your still alive eh? ( he looks at selaun) nah I'm just not a big fan of the sun if there really was a proper ending that would be my ideal outcome honestly there's no point to it all I killed fathers sons daughters mother and for what? to protect what I believed was right?! Selaun what you said is the key word that who I was I don't anymore

Miki: would you really forsake everyone?!

Kyo: why the hell should I give a damn?! When it mattered most I couldn't protect the one person I cared for most

Moki: I can't believe you sounds to me your just sulkin dammit wake the hell up already ( she stomps as she punches kyo really hard in the face) to think I used to look up to you as a little girl silver blade was a hero someone who protected the helpless fought his own kind all I see is a coward!

Kyo: ( hits the floor as he just slides down as he's sitting against the wall)....what the hell do you know? Don't act all high and mighty

Miki: what about that little kid you were talking to your just gonna sit by and watch something happen to him! ( she walks away angry)

Kyo:...( he gets up and walks off) exscuse me I have plans with my brother maybe we can grab a drink sometime selaun

A clan of rogue dragons are meeting

Dragon 1: if all goes according to plan we'll make our impact during the ceremony black lamb is holding thanks to a mole on the inside it looks like most of lack lambs for Ed will be either away or accuated there we hit them hard and we hit them fast!

"There was a time when that's what I was, but that was years and a promise ago. I did sculptures, ice and otherwise, as well as some more dynamic albeit shorter lived things." He stared, lost in thought at his ice sculptures until Hige brought him out of his reverie, though it still took a moment for Lucius to remember that Lucius was himself. "Oh right, that's me. Uh, I dunno. We've got ample seating, atmosphere, and-" He suddenly looked to the sky, frowning. Feels like a storm's coming. But that's impossible... What could it be? He shook his head. "Right, one last thing and then it is nap time. Let's get the tarps up. Some people like having shade. Make sure anybody on the rooftops will still have a clear line of sight." He also threw up a few not terribly stable looking raised landings in the uncovered sections. They might not have looked it, to indraconian eyes but they were sturdy enough for dragons to nest in during the event. It wasn't favoritism it was simply a matter of practicality. The dragons simply didn't care as much about the sun or the chill given off by the ice nests, and if they wished to take their true forms they would take up more space than the other races.

Selaun waves with his right arm. "Alright, have a pleasant day Kyo, don't cause too much trouble." Keeping his usual smile he turns around to resume his patrol and watches as Miki storms off in the distance. He sighs but retains his smile as while walks his own way.

[Zorolo]

Zorlo sat quietly as he cast a gander outwards. THings were so complex now and... was someone waving at him. As his keen, serpentine eyes glanced down, he noticed that someone was, in fact, waving at him. "Well, that is happening... but I wonder if there is someone lower than I am that person may be waving towards... Well, its more than being bored, I suppose," he noted as he pushed off from his perch and began to soar downwards.

The green-haired man noted no others on the way down and slowed his descent as he crashed into the ground and landed pristine, using the winds to avoid buffeting the woman with debris. "Sorry about that, miss. I was making sure it was I you were waving at, and not someone else. My name is Zorlo, and how can I help you?" he asked her rather suddenly and almost... in a forced manner as he looked at this girl. "An angel, huh? Don't see many, if any, of your kind here... that... might be a good sign? Although I said that last time the Grand Elder dragon decided to do something... turned out he decided to do something by doing nothing... useless, ancient scalebag..." Zorlo murmured witha slight hiss.

"You may call me Diamond." She spoke, her eyes seeming to size up various things about Zorlo. She could tell he was powerful, but not how much yet. Given he couldn't tell her status as an Arch Angel, it was possible he was able to hide his power just as well as she. "I am simply here." She answered, as if it told him all the answers he needed regarding her rather strange appearance in the area at the time. She looked at him with her smile, continuing to seem almost happy at the fact he wasn't doing anything more than trying to be friendly.

[Zorolo]

Zorlo flushed and looked away as he scratched his cheek. "I guess I"m just here as well," he told her, smiling. This conversation thing was quite hard when you didn't know what the other person wanted to say or wanted you to say. "Well... uh... like I said, I'm a dragon, but I"m actually an exile. I've chosen to remained sealed in this form permanently... so compared to many of my brethren, I'm not as strong as I once was..." he stated, smiling at her. "Do you want some food? I could go get you some if you haven't been fed yet. After all, all wanderers here get fed as well, especially a woman as pretty as yourself."

[Helbaworshipper]

"I am not required to eat." Diamond informed him with one hand adjusting the red scarf she wore to cover her face a bit more. "Is there a problem with our conversation? I observe humans all the time and find them rather interesting. I still don't know what sort of conversation we're having." Normally conversation was a simple greeting. She had never really had reason to talk longer with most people.

[Zorolo]

Zorlo smiled as the woman's statement made him laugh. "We are simply having a conversation," he told her, smiling. "So you are wandering, right? Searching out looking for other people and places?" he asked her, smiling. "I guess collecting up information on people is a good plan," he told her as he rested a hand on her shoulder. "But I know you're the kind of person who likes helping others... so keep at it, okay?" he asked her, smiling.

Kyo: whatever ( he pats himself )

Kotaro: ( runs over to him) big brother are you ready to go?

Kyo:yeah let's gets going come along kotaro you did want to explore the city did you not?

Kotaro: yeah!! ( he walks with Kyo as the leave the refugee zone) i know I lshouldnt but big brother is going to be mad again if I bring it up...

Miki: selaun? Can you show me the way back to hq?

Selaun turns around again with the smile that might as well be painted on his face. "Sure as long as you don't mind long walks." Just as he finished his sentence a low deep beep sounded from his hip. He looked down and pressed a button on a black pager. "Looks like I'm gonna have to go there anyway." He sighs, reattaching the pager to his belt he begins to walk but at a faster pace than his usual walk his strides are long and each step he takes is part of a rhythm, undeniable proof that he has had military training.

Miki: so your a pretty high up I guess Field agent huh?

Kyo: ( walking around with kotaro) well then kotaro what are you in the mood for

Kotaro: hmmm lets see I want to go to th festival!

Kyo: kotaro....

Kotaro: no not about that brother I just want to go see the ceremony

Kyo: sigh fine but then we get food no dilly dallying your such a pain sometimes brother... ( he walks with kotaro towards the ceremony) You better not be planning anything kotaro

Kotaro: nah it's just I feel like something wants me there

Kyo: ( he smiles at his brother) so then kotaro what do you think of the city?

Kotaro: it's so awesome there's so many interesting people and do many stores and everything ! ( he smiles playfully as he spins around)

Hige: wow would you look at that you even remember the finer points ( he pats his hand on tides shoulder ) so the what do you say to grabbing some food after wards buddy?

"And that's why they feed me the big bucks. Wait, no, not feed pay. Guess it's just my stomach talking. Argh, why do we have to wait until after the ceremony to eat? Nobody appreciates how much work goes into this stuff." He rolled his shoulders and rubbed the back of his neck. Though it might look as though he was tired from doing so much ice magic, he was more just itching from being confined into a human body and wanting to stretch, but he couldn't really get a lot of alone time to stretch his wings. "And what's with that feeling I was getting earlier, it's not supposed to storm today. Whatever, I'll worry about that later. I hope they have meat today." Tide fell backwards towards one of the ice pillars and was caught by a plume of ice that morphed into some sort of chair. "You want one too? Here ya go." A second chair formed for Hige and Tide raised himself up as high as the other dragon seats. He was more lying than sitting, and gave serious consideration to taking a nap during the ceremony.

( the welcoming ceremony begins)

Kyo: ( he arrives but he stops short as he looks up at the dragon statue as he places his hand on it)....sorry I know it's been awhile...

Kotaro: she was strong wasent she bro? ( he looks up at the dragon ambassador statue)

Kyo: yeah kotaro...she was really strong maybe even stronger than me ( he smiles and rubs kotaros head) Now rerember Kotaro she's allways watching over you so you better stay out of trouble

Kotaro: oh it's starting! ( he runs over and takes a seat)

Kyo: you weren't listening...*sigh* your such a pain sometimes ( he looks over and notices tide but ignores it as he sits down)


Rogue dragon: ( in the audience in human form) the revolution has begun..

Hige: ( he notices kyo) wow he looks sketchy huh tide? And also I have to agree with you I'm starving!!

Tide yawned at Hige's remark and gazed generally in the direction he was indicating. "You are going to have to be a little bit more specific. They all look sketchy... and tasty." He tacked on with a whisper. His eyes lazily locked onto Kyo, registered him and then moved on. From what he knew of the guy, Kyo was too much of a stand up guy to be involved in whatever was making him uneasy.

Something was wrong, and it wasn't just being in a humanoid form, he could smell it in the air. A storm was coming. He could hear the thunder getting closer and closer, but it was just a feeling and he didn't have the authority to make anybody batten down so he just lied there, waiting for the inevitable deluge.
