Gabriel eyed Dante warily, his ears twitched, he took a couple more steps back, and moved to follow Weiss. He didn't know what this demon was up to, he wasn't being actively aggressive per se so Gabriel wouldn't attack, but that didn't mean he would trust him. And he wasn't about to just let somebody walk around on their own when there was a demon about. He fell in behind Weiss, his geta clomping with each step so that he wouldn't startle her.

"Ummm, why y'all all of a sudden step back?, it's not like i'm gonna eat you, also.... why suddendly the weather changed? and... bloody demon?, me?, no way, never" he turned back and looked at the dissapearing monster Ok now this is weird.... then at the distance he could hear people screaming "Wait.... did you heard that sound?...." he ran in the direction of the scream

Atticus had performed his job amply and quickly as to get to all the souls before they wandered off. One left. He headed towards the demons trap. He knew it was a trap, but that would not stop him, petty demons tried to kill reapers all the time, no one had ever heard of one succeeding. SKREEEEEEEE His blade hit the sidewalk making a large clanking sound and continued scraping. He phased through the door and walked up the stairs. “Ooooooooh, hello there, Mister Reaper, I’ve been waiting for you.” Atticus ignored him, and walked to the center of the room, the demon had trapped the young girl’s soul within her dead body. “This is odd.” Atticus raised his sword and sliced through the girl’s body and the soul flew up and out of it. “P-please! Please don’t kill me! I-I’m sorry! I-I didn’t mean to lie-” “You are already dead.” “Isn’t that just sweet, just tell her-” “W-what?” She saw the demon’s vessel and cowered before Atticus. “Hey…” He paused until his audio feed played her name. “...Abigail. Heads or tails.” The girl looked up, “W-Why?” “I might give you a wish…” “I want a wish! I want a wish!” The demon shouted raising his head and rushing towards Atticus and the girl. “G-get him away! T-that’s my wish!” “Shh, It cannot do anything to you now that you are dead.” “Are you suuuure?” The girl cowered in fear, and hid in Atticus’s clothing. “Just pick heads or tails.” She cried, “Heads! Heads! Heads! Stop asking me!” Atticus flipped the coin. Heads. The girl lucked out, but she was too young, she could never outmatch him in chess. Knowing this he still offered her his game of skill. “Do you like checkers? Or chess?” “C-checkers…” “I’m good at checkers…I can help you…” “No, it is not allowed, and if you interrupt, you will have to face Death itself.”He set up the board, “Let’s play, if you win you get one wish, any wish in the world.”

It's gone... Weiss thought to herself as she stopped, Letting Dante run ahead toward the suburbs. She looked back at Gabriel for a moment before deciding to look around again. She'd told him that They weren't in a computer or anything, but at the same time, she wasn't 100% sure where here was either. All she had was her mission. "Track down all nearby, hostile Demons and similar creatures..." she whispered to herself. She had a feeling that Gabriel would be able to follow her, but even still decided to let the man...beast...thing... be for the moment and took of in a new direction at her full, almost inhuman speed.

Gabriel was taken aback by how fast Weiss had shot off. "What the?" He ran after her as quickly as he could, he was faster than a human sure, but that girl was like a rocket, but she didn't seem to be trying to cover her tracks so following her was- "Wait, when did I start noticing tracks?" You need to learn to use this body. "Shut up. You think you can do better?" yes. "Well fine then, why don't you? As you wish." Cubia threw off the geta, cast haste, and got on all fours. Even Gabriel could tell they were gaining on Weiss right away. Ok, so you're a little faster. Wait, why aren't I speaking? Because I am in control of the body. I'm starting to like this less and less. Then you should learn to use your body right. And why did you get rid of my geta? They were slowing me down. You're buying me new ones. No. I hate you. Cubia smirked.

((I'm thinking on getting into your story if you don't mind, just answer it in the next post, also, i'm putting a secret special character (Becuz no one has taked it, and he/she is like a crucial thing in the plot.... well, my plot, PM me for some more details that i don't wanna spoil, like... the plots...)))
In the distance he could see some demons attacking a young man, it was inside a house, the man screamed, then dante rushed to the house, as he kicks down the door "Room Cleaning!" he got out his guns, then shooted at the demons in there, then a big black demon came from the darness "You're not him!.... youre just another filthy human.." the demon slashed Dante, then Nailed some spikes into him, Dante throwed the spikes to the ground, and pointed at the demon's head "you're... not human.... who are you?!" "My name's Dante, now get outta my face!" he shooted at the demon various times, killing him "and.... where was that man?..." the demon's cover dissappeared, showing the guy's dead body "Oh crap...." he sitted in the ground, with his back in the wall, looking at the dead man

Atticus soundly defeated the girl, only sacrificing one checker. “It is time for your final judgment.” He raised his sword and sliced the girl’s soul clean in two. The soul evaporated and Atticus attempted to leave the room, unsuccessfully. “I’ve got you now!” The demon shrieked as he slammed the door to the entryway. “See this here? This symbol contains-” Atticus threw his sword at the symbol the demon was referring to, “You should not have told me about it, for it would have bought you time.” The sword shattered the door, effectively shattering the seal, but the demon chased after the blade. “A reaper’s scythe is not bound to the same limitations as the reaper himself.” With that, Atticus’s visage left the cul-de-sac, his sword with him. “Dammit! Dammit dammit dammit! That…grrr… it took me forever to find that seal! I want Its scythe! And! I’ll get it one way…or another… “

SKREEEEEEEE Atticus reappeared before Dante. He looked toward the cowering figure in the corner, undoubtedly this man’s soul. He paused for the audio feed to give him the man’s name. “James… select your fate, heads or tails.” James looked fearfully at the mysterious man. “W-what a-are you t-talking about? I’m already dead, what’s fate have left for me?” “A chance at a second chance. For not even death is certain.”

Weiss looked back to Gabriel gaining on her. "Persistence thing, isn't he...?" she said to herself as she homed in on the Demon she sensed. She could already hear the Demon now, so it didn't matter.

"...forever to find that seal! I want Its scythe! And! I’ll get it one way…or another… “ He barely had time react as Weiss shot by on a massive, Crimson and Onyx blade that would've taken his head off if he hadn't noticed movement at the least second and moved. Blood spurted from the deep gash on his neck as he turned to deal with the one that hurt him and stop as soon as he laid eyes on her. She stand with a massive blade flowing between her and the Demon as both thread and shield. She glared back at him with determination and though she looked young, he could sense something was different about her. Like something that could very easily kill him. He didn't stick around to discover if this was true as he teleported away.

"Tsk..." Weiss frowned, vanishing the blade as she looked around. But it was useless, the thing was gone. And so she turned and walked away.


((Hope you don't mind me using your Demon, Haseo. I didn't want to kill it as it seems to be semi-important to your character.))

Dante saw the man standing in there, talking to the dead man "wait a sec..." he stood up "You're... a reaper right?..... heheh.... and i was searching for fun... are you free after this one man??" he put his hands to his back, where he has his guns

The demon held the flaming bowl that sizzled against his hand; his neck was still gushing blood. He placed his hand in the bowl, and then against his neck. His skin hissed and the demon suppressed screams. ‘That little brat, I’ll teach her a lesson…but first I must find out what she is…it didn’t look like I could possess her…’

James had chosen heads, the coin landed on tails. Afterwards he had chosen to play Chess, and knocked over his king. “Let’s stop playing around, I’m ready for death.” Atticus nodded acceptingly. “Wait a sec...” Atticus’s ears picked his voice up, but he pretended not to notice. “You're... a reaper right?..... heheh.... and I was searching for fun... are you free after this one man?” he turned around to look at Dante, “One moment… as for you, James, may the afterlife treat you well.” “Yeah, yeah.” “Now, what is it you want…” His free eye narrowed for an instant, “Demon.”

Gabriel stopped and sniffed around where the demon had disappeared, he took a moment to examine where the fight had taken place. Fascinating, what did she do? I don't know, but that demon did something weird too, it's like he just warped away. I guess we can't follow him to wherever he went. Let's follow the one we can. He scurried after Weiss and hopped up onto just his legs and fell into step beside Weiss. Without looking at her he asked in an almost computerized voice, "Weiss, please define." You do realize she might not understand that you want to know what she is just by asking her to 'define' herself, right? We shall see.

Dante put his hand on his sword "Well, i have something to ask you" He tried to slash the reaper but he blocked Dante's sword with his own "...hmhmmmm What's your name?... also, are you a REAL reaper?, you look like a common human for me, a human with a sword...." he pointed his sword down, waiting for the reaper to attack

Weiss looked at Gabriel, her eyes narrowed as could now only sense Cubia, though she was still at a bit of a loss for what Cubia was. "You... are not the one I spoke with before. Identify yourself, False Arcana. Then I might tell you," Weiss replied bluntly as she continued walking. She was in no hurry to get her destination as it was likely where that demon, Dante had ended up.

"I am Gabriel. Just as the one who was in control earlier is." Cubia. Your name is Cubia. I'm Gabriel. Correct, however you are Beaux and introduced yourself as Gabriel earlier. Therefore we are Gabriel and as long as I inhabit this body I too am Gabriel. Just tell her you're called Cubia. It's easier for everybody if you do. "The other Gabriel requests that I differentiate myself by having you call us Cubia while I am in control. He claims it will be easier for everybody if I do. Is he correct?"

Weiss silent for a moment before replying. "I cannot speak for others, but since can sense you, Cubia, it makes things easier for reference purposes," she answered flatly. She was surprisingly stoic for someone that looked to only be 17 or 18. She ahead, into the distance. "S-class 'Sword Summoner' and Maiden of the Arcana of Tyr, Gottfried. Name: Weiss," she stated in almost military fashion. "Cubia. What are you? I know you're not an Arcana."

"I am known as the hidden one, and also as the anti-existense to the Key of the Twilight. Due to circumstances beyond my control I was unable to complete my primary programming as I normally would and was forced to align myself with a hacker, Gabriel." He held his arms out in front of him flipping them over twice. "Hence this extremely limited form." Somehow, I still don't think that answered her question. It is what I am. That's how your coding defines you, isn't it? Correct. Let me talk to her. Gabriel stumbled as control shifted. "Whoah, I guess I should have expected that. Sorry, Cubia's an artificial intelligence. And this isn't how either of us are supposed to look. This is the body of my character in a computer game called The World. Like he said, I am a hacker, one of the very best if I do say so myself, and my real body is that of a normal human. And he well actually I don't think he has a physical form." By your definition of physical, I would be a hard drive. "I take it that S-class means you are amongst the elite. But I didn't understand all of that. For starters you said Cubia wasn't something, an arcana I think. What's an Arcana? And who or what is Tear Godfreed?"

“I doubt that that is of any importance to you demon.” Atticus held his blade, waiting for Dante’s attack, so that he may defend himself. Atticus was not a reaper of demons, and therefore lacked the necessities to fend them off in battle. “So then, if that is all you wish to ask, I must be leaving now, someone is dying at any given time, and I must be there to deal with their souls.”

Meanwhile…(at the Legion of Doom)
The demon’s body has reacted to the fire, his eyes inverted; leaving his retinas pitch black, his irises white, and his hair was white. “Dammit! This body is changing already!” He shouted a few more expletives before closing his eyes and whispering to himself. “I need that girl’s body, and then I’ll get that reaper’s scythe. And I think I can get them both in the same place…” He chose a location near the cul-de-sac. He grinned showing his still human teeth, as the denizens of the homes turned off their lights for the night. “Here’s Johnny!” the demon shouted at his ran towards the house nearest him. The family’s shouts could be heard for only a moment, as he decapitated the husband and wife of the home. “No children? What a shame.” He bit into the cheek of the wife, “Such sweet succulent flesh…I can barely contain myself!” He shouted while inscribing a seal into the floor near the “Welcome” mat.

((Sorry for the long wait. Things are making motivation difficult for me, here...))

Weiss looked at him and over him, contemplating just how a Human in a Computer game avatar becomes the ...thing... walking next to her and then end up where ever 'here' was. "I see...." She remained silent for a moment longer then. "Do not concern yourself with the details. It is no-" She stopped as the distant scream from the Cul-de-sac reached her. And once again she was off, on her way to destroy the demonic presence she could now feel.

Gabriel's ears straightened up a the scream and he ran after Weiss. "You hear that?" Affirmative, I heard the one earlier as well. "What one earlier?" The one I blocked from your perception. "What? Why?" I knew you would do exactly what you are doing now. And it is a waste of both our time and energy. Oh, for Morrganna's sake, Harold could move faster than this! And he's stuck in a chair! Do it right or give me control! "I'm a human. We run on two legs, I can't exactly help that." Negative. We are Lei. More specifically, we are a Lei Soul Grappler. The sooner you accept that you are no longer human, the sooner you can start using our body like it is meant to be used. Gabriel ran on for several seconds longer, he could smell Weiss's trail getting colder and colder with every step and finally gave in. He vaulted onto all fours and after falling on his face and then stumbling for several more infuriating steps he finally caught his stride. That's right! He can be taught!

When you're not running into what could be our certain doom we can take the time for you to figure out magic. You do know how to fight, correct? Several quiet seconds later. Right, just trust our body and do what comes naturally, or better yet make me the primary when the fighting starts. "We'll cross that bridge when we come to it." Around this time Gabriel caught up with Weiss. By the way, Gabriel, you are aware we that we are running straight for a demon, correct? His ears flattened themselves against his head for a moment while he regained his resolve. "A demon. So that's what that stench is. I thought it was familiar."

"Yes, it is," Weiss called back to him as he slowly caught up to her. She looked ahead at the cul-de-sac as she got a better sense of the demon. "In fact, I think it's the same one. The one that got away from me. But something's wrong... Somethings different this time though..." she said to herself as they neared the houses and slowed down. Cautiously, she approached the house, several blades around her and a blade on each wrist as she opened the door.
