Azure: MY NAME IS AZURE GRIMOIRE! { glows red and shoots a blast of darknes knocking the shades back} come on kid! FINISH THEM OFF!

Chrono: IM WORKING ON IT! { hes rushing towards the shades} * these things are tough*

Azure: use magic to weaken its armor and then smash through it

Chrono: { the lances appear as he launches them again as 3 of the lances complete slay the one shade leaving only one massive armored one left} allright bring it on!

"I'm here to recue this kid and get the prize money!" She yelled pulling out her sword and aiming it at some shades. The bullets pierced and destroyed a few of them.
"Now little kid your in the way! Move!"

Chrono: IM NOT A KID! MOVE IT HUSSY! { 5 lances appear as they form into one and attach to his blade} Raaahhhh!!! { as the massive sahde is about to come down on chrono as chrono stabs the lance through the shade} RAAHHHHH!!!! { he shoots the lance off his weapon as it completely perices through the shade causing a giant gapping hole within the shade killing it but causing its blood to spill out everywhere staining some of and the floor}........thats the last of them I think now AZ! tell me do you know how to cure the plague!?

Azure: but of course the plague it used to be uhhhh ehhhh ummmmm......ohh dear

Azure: well it appears when you were beating up on me earlier parts of my memory have scattered along with the sacred sealed versus you can only weild half of what my true power is.........well it looks like were going to be stuck with each other for awhile boy

Chrono: your saying if we find the sealed versus you may be able to cure the plague

Azure: its not a 100 percent chance but the chances are high

Chrono: allright then I'll take it!.....{ he notices the girl who just walked in} who are you?........{ he sees the nconsious boy as he checks to see if hes allright}

Chrono: we have to check back with stella and I need to check on kira { he notices black sympols appear and then fade on valerias arm}......you have the plague too dont you? { chrono places his weapon on his as he helps the little boy to regain consiouceness}...* sealed verses, what ever it doesnt matter this may be my only chance to save kira*

The brown hair shifted a little, making Eric tense a bit. Eyes opened, two different colors greeting him. He touched the eye patch on his face a moment, not sure if he should say anything. "Good morning Miss Masterson."

"I said call me Nora." Her eyes looked slightly displeased, sitting up on the bed. "How are things downstairs?"

Eric felt relaxed at that moment, her voice was not too annoyed. "The couple that was attacked show no signs of the plague. They are being given some food and coffee downstairs."

"The others?" She was standing up, pulling a worn down hairbrush through her hair. She always slept in her clothing, making sure to get the most wear on it before replacing it with a new outfit. She figured that being rich meant being able to give up changing four times a day.

"They're just making their breakfast round."

"Good, let's get down there and join them." She was standing close the the chair, Eric blushing again. He went first, acting like a typical bodyguard.

"This tastes like mud." Evan commented, sitting in the large room. Many others were eating, not bothering to complain.

"Like usual." Micheal commented. "You always complain even though you eat it. Nora eats the same food and doesn't complain."

"I don't care. I have the right to complain."

"How dare you insult me! I need this money way more then you do!" she then turned to Chrono."Is it true? Do you know of the scientist makeing a cure?" She glanced a little at her arm then quickly looked back up at him.

Reville: i really shouldnt do this but marcus would think wrong of me if i didnt {sighs} come girl i'll give you half of my 500 G now lets get out of here. we gotta get this kid to safety, here chrono, let me take the child, i know many ways to get to town

Chrono:..... yeah my names Chrono........its no problem but its not exactly a scientist whos making the cure the book seems to possible know a way to cure the plague

Azure: I am no MERE BOOK!...... the plague as you humans call it know is a form is a form of dark magic but thanks to chunks of my memory gone there is no definate way to be sure but I have a a very strong feeling about this

Chrono: { he notices the way reville is treating valeria with such harshness and since he realized valeria has the plague he imagines if that was his sister} knock it off!.......whatever lead the way mr theif.......Im not like you of course I do need to support myself in this world with my money but if I just leave this girl here then I'll be no better than the rest of you people {he looks towards valeria} lets get back to town.....Im sure the book will explain more if were in a safe area Valeria * Im not like the others......I wont leave anyone behind like that*

The morning meal was about over when Nora stood up. "Micheal." The scientist nodded, standing up. She began her walk, leaving Eric to keep watch over who remained. Evan followed, going down the stairs and into a small basement. He stood guard at the entrance, making sure no one sneaked in. The initial lab had been destroyed in an attack, but the data had been saved.

"Nora, I don't want to experiment on people, but perhaps-" She glared towards Micheal, letting him sit in a chair. The only test tube was rather weak, unable to handle anything past a bug or even a cold vaccine. "Look. There's no way you can continue with the cure as it is."

"An incomplete cure is enough to stave off the symptoms." She spoke, crossing her arms in front of her. "I don't think the initial lab could have done any better than that."

"Still, people want a complete cure. The only way to do that is to get to the source."

"Which we don't know. Going to cut into people without knowing if that's the solution?" Her voice remained serious, her glare still on him. "I don't care what you think. I refuse to have any more people cut up for science. Now get to work on what you proposed." She turned, exiting the lab.

"Looks like she got you pretty good. Most people would hate it if you used them like that."

"I don't know what else to do."

Nora walked along the streets, keeping track of any survivors. Her hands were against her side, not bothering to touch Eric in any way. "You think there will be anymore today?"

"With your luck, too many Miss-"

"Nora." Her eyes glared, not to be messed with.

"Nora." Eric sighed, adjusting his crossbow. "I don't get it. Why rescue them if you'll only use your fortune feeding them?"

"Eric." She turned to look at him. "It doesn't matter if the world ends tomorrow. I'm just living in the moment, even if the amount of money I have will dwindle to nothing."

Chrono: { he looks outside to see valeria} HEY!...what are you doing your getting the reward too you know { kira walks off with reville and marcus back to her house Chrono follows valeria into stella office}......hey

Stella: well not you but I know the story.... a great darkness will spread across the dieing land only to be stopped by the legendary azure grimoire the brother book the crimson grimoire seems to be the cause of the darkness across the land it says every 100 centuries or so the azure grimoire and the crimson grimoire are supposedly meant to battle each other for the fate of the world only by collecting the verses will the grimoires power become complete

Azure: Chrono....the darkness obviously refers to the shades and the plague

Chrono: yeah but where do we go now?...............

Stella: ohh yeah The aerie may be a good place to start maybe the village cheif knows something?......

Chrono: allright thats a good start........ come on valeria az { he walks outside of the office and he leaves the library}......Allright is everyone ready though its abit of a walk from the south gate of the village and then head west { he looks towards valeria} you can stay behind if you wantoo

Eric placed a hand in front of Nora in front of an abandoned warehouse. The sounds were abnormal, so they were either survivors being attacked or enemies. "I'll bring them out." Nora said nothing, understanding his caution. When Nora touched the creatures that spread the plague, it would often make her feel weak. The more she touched, the more she felt sick to her stomach. She'd have nightmares constantly.

Eric entered the building, bringing all the courage he could to walk through the door. Four of them, there were no survivors. He gave a nod to Nora, who looked in. "Now." She whispered. He shot his crossbow, beginning to get the attention of the creatures. Nora waited until all four were on him, running towards the backs.

Nora's legs moved without any sound at all, used to these attacks by now. Her body turned, looking at the size of the creatures. Too big for the usual maneuvers. She could just feel the pain from her nightmares waiting to happen. However, she wouldn't just give up for no reason. Pushing off a wall, she jumped in the air, holding one creature by the neck with her arms. She closed her eyes a moment, letting her ability sink in.

Eric spotted the creature, twirling around to throw a knife at one charging at him. He aimed at the three vital areas: head, neck, heart. They were the only spots that remained that were able to be penetrated. He had had to learn how to aim correctly while in a fight. Hitting the heart, he then aimed for the head and neck.

Nora let go of the creature as it fell, her body moving to the next one. She had to avoid the attacks towards her from the other two, but it was enough to whittle them down. This one she held by the arm, focusing subconsciously. This was going to take awhile.
