First off, saw the sig Tsugasa made on altimitcorp, and I was like, "Wait, whut?"
Then, I came to the forums here, and I saw "G.U. Trilogy/Roots", and again, I was like, "What the phwee?"
Finally, I checked the home page. "OMGWTFTHATSSOUBERLISTERIN!!!"

Bandai would be full of morons if they didn't bring this to the U.S. Seriously, I want this NAO.

To bad they airn't making one for the origonal game's too. (or at least put it all into one nice big movie ) Maybe they will release a few new thing's along with this that they didn't have in the game.

I would REALLY enjoy a movie of Kites story but im sure this is only going to be about R:2/G.U. but any new .hack is good news

Great news, can't wait If there is a dub, I hope they use the Game cast rather than the Anime cast.

On the site it says that the blu-ray is 'True HD 1080p', does that mean it's only gonna be displayed in 1080p? Cuz if it does then that'd kinda suck if your HDTV only goes up to 720p since it'd get downscaled to 420p.

There is 10 minutes of extras and a parody mode that are included, but that is separate entirely.

Directed by the G.U. games director and CC2 president Hiroshi "Piros" Matsuyama himself, Trilogy will retell the story of the games we all know and love, with a new level of cinematic detail beyond what can be done in a PS2 game.

With that said, I believe strongly that the va cast from the games would return for this project. Let us hope... Because they skewered Roots incarnation in the united states. I don't think they will make that mistake again. -_- Hopefully...
