Well, despite being her fan, I'm afraid it's quite true m'lady. If you watched //ROOTS and played through the G.U. games, and paid special attention to the end of the story in Redemption, you'll know why he came up with such a thought.

Of course, people are free to like or dislike characters for whatever reason. So don't let other people's dislike of someone ruin your fun.

Shino. Flipped a coin for it. Didn't finish watching roots, but played G.U. If I was Haseo, I wouldn't be able to stand Atoli either.

That really only applies to Volume 1, he thinks she's cute by Volume 3

Atoli's voice drove me up the wall, and assuming Shino's voice isn't as bad (haven't heard it) I'm less annoyed by her.

Shino is voiced by Kari Wahlgren in the English version - her voice could be considered much less grating to most people, but I don't think that the tone of voice that Wahlgren gives Shino fits her much (mainly because I do not like Shino, at all).

I like Bridget Hoffman as Atoli, though, so I guess I'm a little biased. And a rare exception.

If it were my choice, I would've kept Shino's Roots VA... I actually liked the dub VAs in Roots a little better, at least for Haseo and Shino. (I also would've had Alkaid voiced by Jennifer Hale or something, Erin Fitzgerald does NOT portray her well).

Shino, I never liked Atoli much.

I LIKE Atoli (VA could've been better) cause her character and story I personally liked

I love them both to death. But Atoli has to have my vote. Haseo needs someone to brighten up his life. And I like annoying characters, lol
