I stick my stuff on shelves and I've never had that problem before.

Reallys? I know paper has ta turn colors over time. I look at like my newest issue of Sailor Moon and from the top the paper looks mostly white an new. Set it next to like my 10 year old LotT manga an the difference in color is way noticeable!

I keep all mine in a chest I acquired at Lowes. It's sizable, durable, sturdy, and water tight. While in its chest, my goodies are free from sunlight and moisture. Plus there's a built in lock and key so I can keep pesky room mates or thieves away.

This sounds like something worth looking into. I like having my stuffs on display an easy to access but a chest don't seem like something that'd be a big hassle.

Age plays a part in it and you might want to think about were they're located. If they're in a spot were sun is constantly shinning on them then the paper will fade and yellow faster. I keep mine in a corner away from the sun and they seem to be fine so far, no yellowing or anything. They just have some shelf ware.

Ya where I've been living my setup doesn't really allow me to have my shelves any other place that isn't getting a buncha sun. Not directly facing a window but its a large windows so the sun & stars shines upon 'em to the end of their journey or something~ That trunk/chests seeming like an even better idea now!


More on topic its not rare but I got Project X Zone today! Can this count as a .hack collectable o.o? Thats instrumental Stairs of Time on the cds pretty nice!

Good question lol Though with the LE's CD/mini-poster and mini artbook I'd probably count that towards being .hack seeing how Kite and Blackrose are there

As for me I have the anime/manga/novels on shelves (no sun reaches them) and a box or two for the other items as i'm limited with space ^^'

I was almost sure I'd be ripped off but the things got here safe and sound, so basically it was 50 euros for the first 4 .hack games, complete and near mint condition, plus //AI Buster 1 and 2.

The other day I got LotT Complete Editions Vol.1&2, Quantum I (introduction), and Quantum+ Vol.1&2. Can't read 'em but can still be fun ta look at! Manga seems pretty easy ta come by. Novels otoh must have smaller print runs or something cause I dunno where ta grab the Epitaph and Quantum ones from. They'd prolly be less fun to look at though lol.

Arrived today was .hack//memories book and .hack//quantum+ volume 2, I only had volume 1 before, and unexpectedly the volume 2 I got today had a volume 1 with it. So now I have two copies of volume 1.

The other stuff I bought were just Japanese versions of what I already have in English. LOTT volumes, AiB volumes, AB volumes, and of interest to you, more VS cards singles.

The memories it was the book items for $18, no post cards or etc.. And it did mention both quantum books as the word "set" I later realized, at the time I only focused on the picture being volume 2. Ah well.

The chest has space, just need to shift things around. And I'll post later which cards I picked up along with pictures. This recent batch came from both eBay and Rakuten, though Rakuten is more of a Amazon site so the real shop the items came from were surugaya.

The one I really wanted was the Rena standee from Waldenbooks promoting the LOTT manga.
