“Headache? What headache? The headache of a girl who can't handle her liquor? Who said I had one of those silly things? I'm 100 percent not hungover... er... I mean not under headache pain... you know?” She smiled sheepishly and held Reid's hand tightly trying to keep her balance. “So Reid you fell on your face a lot? Does that mean you used to be cuter?” She teased. “I only fell on my angelically soft bum, but to fall on one's face repeatedly...” She laughed and poked his nose, facing him and skating backwards, slowly however, but she wanted to face Reid and this was the way to do it. “Reid... what do you think everyone else is up to huh? I mean... Sylvee and Kari are at that party... haha... do you think they'll stay there all night?” She looked around. “We should have a party! We should- when we get home- turn up the music and dance all night! You know? Something like really fun!” She laughed and nearly slipped and held Reid's hand tightly, “Reid! Stupid ice!” She brought herself and him down on the ice creating a small heap.

Reid: yeah I guess I was cuter than as well I'm just glad my master didnt show you any of my childhood photos ah- ( he falls with Lucille) ah ow.. ( he starts laughing) ahahahaha are you okay? ( he stands up slowly and he helps her back up only to steal a quick kiss) we can have a party sure I mean there's still some wine after all so yeah we can head back. But first lets get you off he ice huh? ( he gazes into her eyes) now's a god a time as any ( he takes the dust crystals out of his pocket) one second ( he looks at his mothers locket and he places the locket back into his pocket as the crystals go) my Dust isn't just for being. Hunter I can make stuf as well ( the ice comes together in his hands as they form a crystal like necklace) sorry its not something I bought in a store but happy one month Lucille.

(Across the ice is a man who is wAtches Lucille and reid casually)

Karin: ( she stops and looks at the rude man with a Fire in her eyes) seriously buddy step off before you get hurt. Your in the wrong here.

Lucille gets up with Reid and laughs a little, trying not to. “It's not funny Reid...” she giggled as he pecked her lips and smiled softly returning the favor.. “Wine and dancing oh Reidy you're speaking my language now! Hahaha!” she rushed to get off the ice with Reid until he stopped her. When their gazes met her face lit up and she bit her lip softly unsure of what to say, just watching patiently as he took the crystals out of his pocket. Her eyes remained trained on his face studying the features she knew oh so well and reached for his shoulder. Her focus was brought to his hands as he crafted an ice necklace from the dust in his hands. Lucille couldn't contain the tears, this was way too cute for her to be calm and cool. “Oh Reid, I-I don't care that you didn't buy it! I love it! I can't- I mean I saw it 'cause you made it now, but this is the most thoughtful- oh my god I'm crying you silly boy! This is the so romantic you little cute gahhhh what are you going to do when it's a year? Give me the moon? Y-You're so silly I can't I- wahhhh!” After a moment of crying and holding onto Reid's shoulder she finally wiped her tears and searched for the box she'd been holding all night. “W-wait before you put it on me! I wanna exchange gifts, y-you know?”

Karin: ( she stops and looks at the rude man with a Fire in her eyes) seriously buddy step off before you get hurt. Your in the wrong here.

"Honey, I love how worked up you're getting over this, but the bad man is gone now. Also, he was never going to admit fault, not really anyways. The next person who is openly rude like that to us, just do what I did, and punch him right in his stupid face. It'll make you feel a little better and get him thrown out on his butt."

Reid: a year? Wait the moon?! I don't know if I could do that, honestly this is the exact reaction I hoped I would get when I gave you this, I've been meaning to give this to you for awhile. Allright I honestly can't wait to see what you got me either. ( he takes her hand as they step off the ice and he snaps his fingers as the skates she's wearing fades) is that alittle more comfortable?

Karin: wait seriously you wre serious can I still mock them before I hit them? Otherwise where's the fun ( she notices a few people starting to dance) soo I'm allowed to punch people who bother me, there's dancing, and I got to dress up, this is going to be a fun party ( she smiles)

Alex: ( he notices some people dancing) come on let's dance Mira. ( he grabs her hand) just one and then I promise I'll shut up for the rest of the night.

"No, you can't mock them. That will just provide them with ammunition they can use later. Me punching jerks in the face at my own party isn't exactly news on the other hand, and by this point it's clear that if I had actually "gone wild", as they say, the people I punch would be corpses. And remember it's only if they're being overt about it, if anything they say could be construed or argued to be anything other than an open faced insult you have to just smile at them. Mira feigned resistance but let Alex drag her onto the dance floor. "Alright."

Alex: okay so I won't make you look bad ( he places one hand on her hip and the other in her hand and the two begin to dance perfectly as Alex counts continues lushly the steps as to not step on Mira's toes) sorry if I misstep don't hold it against me okay?

Karin: so much rules soo then next time someone acts rude just deck them or let my big strong fiancé handle it for me ( she giggles playfully) bear to honey...( she pictures number 2 as a bear and man hybrid and she giggles) ahaha that's funny oh man ahaha I can only imagine what he would like ahaha ahh okay shall we mingle? Or hey I feel like a dance would you accompany me?

Lucille smiled as she let her foot touch the floor, finally not in the hard shoes that restricted her foot movement. “Yes, this is a little bit more comfortable.” She searched in the bag for the small box and took it out of the same bag that held their wine. “Here you go Reid!” She smiled and wiped her eyes wrinkling her nose, “It's a scarf pin with a little insignia for team Relic...” She admitted shyly. “I got us all red scarves with the pin, s-so we would look like a team you know? T-the pin design.” It was a gold pin with a pair of crowns, a king's crown and a queen's crown. “I didn't find anything with a cat or um... Kari-esque things so... maybe we can modify it later? Plus I'll need new armor for the tourney. But um... it's not as nice as this...” She bit her lip and held the necklace.

Reid: ( he opens his gift and once he looks at it he pulls her into an embrace) a scarf pin really you know me too well don't you? I can't wait to see what Karin and Sylvester think as well and you bought us all scarfs your the best! But for right now ( he takes the necklace) here allow me ( he places the necklace on Lucille) It...it looks good on you, wait you need new armor? this is amazing seriously thank you Lucille. ( he peks her cheek) come on you still want to continue with the wine and dancing right?

Alex: sorry I'm not too terrible at this am I Mira?

Karin: might as well put that practice To good use right? So a delicate game of cat and. Mouse..so let the games begin then ( she smiles playfully at Sylvester as she grabs his hand and drags him onto the dance floor) tonight's gonna be fun I can already tell!

Lucille's cheeks burned as she felt Reid pull her in and his arms wrap around her body. “Of course I know you well.” Lucille whispered sheepishly as she wrapped her arms around his until he reached for the necklace. She held her hair and let him place it around her neck. “You really think it looks good? And y-yeah, my battle stuff got wrecked in the event earlier, plus I have a feeling I should get more like plating stuff for the tourney you know?” She smiled and bridged her fingers as Reid admired the pin and pecked her cheek, she blushed softly and smiled. “Yeah! Let's go drink and dance all night!” She said cheering and pumping her fist into the air. “Piggy back Ride!” She hopped on Reid's back and pointed toward Ariadust. “I'll get you next time, not let's get back to the dorms!”

Sylvester didn't move except to shake his head. "Sorry, Karin, but we can't yet. After One's speech we can do some dancing. Until then..." He inclined his head towards the next wave of guests coming to meet them. Asides from the first guy everyone else seemed to be willing to play ball so to speak and maintained their polite insults. Sylvester simply smiled and thanked them for their "kind" words.

"I suppose you're not too bad." Mira admitted smiling, having forgotten that she was trying to be angry with him.

When the parade of people slowed down some One decided it was time, the band stopped, and all eyes were on the wall of silver people as he started his speech. Around the twenty minute mark, "And I would like everyone here to help me in congratulating my brother, Tybalt, on his recent engagement to Karrin, the soon to be, Schrodinger." He and everybody else started clapping and cheering. Sylvester whispered, "Deep breath." And then he wrapped his arms around her and planted his lips on Karin's. After the first minute the cheering petered off, but Sylvester didn't let up. After the second minute One coughed Sylvester seemed to lean more into it. The third minute in One continued his speech. The fourth minute, Sylvester shrouded them in his aura as he leaned forward, arching his back. Five minutes in he finally pulled back a little and started breathing again as his aura began slowly dying down around them. "You alright?" He whispered, just barely loud enough for her to hear him over One, who was still speaking and would continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

"Honestly, you'd think he were going for some kind of record." Mira muttered, annoyed at how long Sylvester was spending on the kiss.

Reid: yeah of course it looks good would I lie to you Lucille? then lets go shopping tomorrow after classes end for the day for some new battle gear okay? ( he carries Lucille to the bus and the two ride it back to the academy) ugh I wish there was some sort of cure to motion sickness ( he holds his stomach) almost there were almost there. ( once they arrive at the academy he continues to piggy back Lucille as they walk to the dorms) soo did I do good today with the anniversary date. Honestly I can't wait to try on the red scarf you bought us all! And I can't wait to try on this pin ( after a short walk the two eventually make it back to their dorm) and were home its so quiet without the other two around ( he laughs jokingly).

Karin: y-yeah of course why wouldnt I be its not oike this was the first time. really took your time with that one huh ( she smiles) well I guess it's only natural afterall. Soo what we just smile and wave for the pictures now?


Alex: well they are engaged right? It's only natural for them to be like that although that was a long one oh they came up for air. ( he laughs slightly at Mira's annoyance) ah sorry Mira if you want we can go somewhere else while this goes on I wouldn't mind.

"Good." Sylvester gave her one more quick peck on the lips and grinned from ear to ear as he turned to face the crowds. And continued whispering, "Until he's done with his speech. Should be another ten minutes give or take. Then we kiss again. You can manage that one, if you like."

Karin: so long speech and then kiss again got it. Oh I have permission to manage that one huh? Well than I might just take you up on your offer then. ( she grins playfully) but seriousy I can't help but feel like I don't fit in here.

Alex: so the eldest son is running for mayor and his campaign focuses on the treatment of a Faunus so he's showcasing his brother and Karin's relationship. He seems like an okay guy and anybody who is looking for the fair treatment of our races is okay in my book what do you think of all of this?

"You're the one who wants to marry into this." Sylvester poked Karin's side. "Seriously, you're doing fine. As long as it's not a family event, we should be able to get out of most future things of this nature and even if we can't we'll be out there."

Karin: yep it's not a bad thing your brother does certainly know how to win over the public huh? ( she looks around at the crowd listening to Ones speech) that's good to know that we can atleast get out of most event especially with us still taking attending the academy to become hunters I can only imagine as our studies progress we'll be kept more and more busy.( she lays her head over on Sylvester's shoulder)

Alex: tybalt? Wait the guy talking is also named tybalt..talk about confusing do they go by their middle names like Sylvester does?

"It's kind of terrifying, at times. Then again we all have our fields of purview, art in the blood as they say." He wrapped his arm around her shoulders. As she rested her head on his. "Yes, more chances to nap."

"When talking amongst themselves they usually use numbers. Our Tybalt is Five. But somehow they can tell which Tybalt their father is talking about slash to. But generally people just call them all Tybalt, and if they can't figure out who you're talking to they usually take it as an insult. It's kind of crazy. And prior to Ariadust he didn't really go by Sylvester."

As the speech finally wrapped up, Sylvester squeezed Karin and whispered. "It's time."

“Shopping tomorrow sounds nice!” She said with a smile. “And I'll bring my scarf so we can get something that looks super cute when paired on it!” She laughed and kissed the top of his head and while they rode the bus she held his hand tightly. “Oh you know there's a kind of cure for motion sickness. I hear you shouldn't stay still when on these things so that your body reminds itself it's in motion instead of getting nauseous. Or something like that. You know.” Lucille didn't expect Reid to pick her up as they exited the bus but she welcomed it and laughed.

“Oh of course you did good today, you made me cry and you got me wine.” She laughed and held his shoulders. “Oh the pins are gonna be so awesome and when we wear them all we'll look like an awesome team that knows what they're doing you know?” She smiled and hopped off his back and onto the couch as they got home. “Gosh I just wanna get into something like comfortable and dance and drink until we're blue and happy and passed out you know?” Lucille leaned her head back over the couch and lifted the boxes she hid there. “There are the red scarves I bought them so they're just red scarves, you know?”

Reid: well then how about we just do that then get into something comfortable and dance the night away? ( he looks at the red scarves) oh wow Lucille these are amazing ( he wraps one around his neck as he places the pin on it) so what do you think? Do I look weird it feels weird wearing a different scarf but since its a gift from you I really like it ( he smiles) seriously thanks alot!. But how about we go get dressed down alittle but into something more casual and continue our night?

Karin: allright don't faint on me now ( she places her hand on his cheeks and she presses her lips against his and holds it for just as long as he did to her before for several minutes afterwards she pulls away and a ages to whisper)?t-there now then can we go and dance?

Alex: ( he claps with everyone) they really do look good together h- nevermind that was stupid of me to say so he must of started going by Sylvester then to separate himself from his family atleast slightly I think maybe O think Sylvester suis him better anyway...so then what's on the agenda now m'lady? ( he bows respectfully to mira)

"We can dance until you drop." Sylvester said as he followed her to the dance floor. "As long as you know the steps."

Mira took a deep breath and held it in for a few seconds before she let her chest slowly fall. "Let's just dance for now."
