Either the Twin Sword or A Multi-weapon class.
The Multi-weapon class is interesting since you can use three different weapons and skills from three classes you've chosen. Also I want to see what challenges I had to complete to be able to use my other two forms.
The Twin Sword class would also be another choice since it is an updated version of the Twin Blade class. I like the class because they look very acrobatic when they are using a skill. Also in the beginning leveling up is a challenge as well as survival but with a high evade and accuracy it makes it less difficult.

im twin sword
i chose twin sword because i think everyones going to be trying for multiweapon and i always liked the ability to make murder and bloodshed into a graceful dance.
P.S i thought multiweapon was a special class that was dificult to obtain?

Mutliweapons are overrated. A lot of people pick them because they seem "cool", you can use multiple weapons, and Haseo the newbie obviously is that class. But I think there's much more to it. If the quests are event quests, doesn't that mean they only occur at certain times of the year? If not, there has to be some form of restriction. It can't be you just walk up to an NPC and obtain the quest. Or a LOT of people would be Multiweapons. There's something annoying about them which causes people in The World to keep away.
As for myself, there's something about beating down monsters and other players with your fists that satisfies me to no end. Grappler, hands down.
Also, If you could use Harvest or Warlock as a subclass for Multiweapon, I'm sure some veteran players on The World would be using the Multiweapon class instead of newbies who are indecisive.

Normal Multi-Weapons have level restrictions in terms of their weapons, Haseo is an exception for whatever reason but Blades, for example, would be able to use a high level Blade weapon whilst Multi-Weapons with the Blade capability are incapable of doing so and must use a lower level weapon.
Apart from that, the quests seem to appear after reaching a certain level or something similar. It also appears as if Multi-Weapons are regarded as a 'cheap' Class in The World.

I don't see too much as why they are considered cheap. I mean, if you think it's cheap, go make your own. Some people like variety, even if it means not executing those skills to their fullest. I really see the Multiweapon class as a newbie class though. Since a lot of players will eventually settle down and pick a class that they really enjoy playing.
I don't know why, in Roots Tawaraya comments on how Haseo's Class is cheap as it suggests he couldn't decide upon a Class to specialise in, and Tawaraya's opinion is The World's opinion.
Apart from that, Multi-Weapon does appear to be a limited Class, they talk about it being rare frequently in Roots.

I think Tawaraya rather meant that he personally prefers getting pro at something instead of being an all-arounder. Like he did with trading.Umbra wrote:I don't know why, in Roots Tawaraya comments on how Haseo's Class is cheap as it suggests he couldn't decide upon a Class to specialise in, and Tawaraya's opinion is The World's opinion.

I don't recall him ever calling it cheap, though he did mention the black clothing and multiweapon choices to be "fishy" for whatever reason.
Tawaraya has been at the head of every 'boom' in The World, so every fad, trend, fashion or style in The World was orchestrated by him. This explains why he's so opinionated and his opinion explains the general players' reaction to Multi-Weapons.
Technically, he makes a comment about Haseo being incapable of deciding upon a Class before calling his choice of colour 'cheap'. Though, in effect, he is really calling his choice of character cheap.

That would explain why the majority of people in Roots seem to look down upon the Multiweapon class. But I have yet to see how the class itself plays out, and what combinations are allowed according to the game. So we'll have to wait and see.Umbra

I remember that. Well, I wouldn't want to walk around as some Yellow and Orange Multiweapon if it's my first character on an MMORPG such as The World. Maybe the reason he is a Black Multiweapon lies within his personal life? If I can recall correctly, Haseo said he lived alone and didn't have much friends in his real life. So that could be a possibility as to why he chose the color black. Tawaraya just based his opinion off what he knows of newbies in The World I suppose.

Actually, I made one up.
It's called a Magi. It's a Multi-Weapon with the fact you can have a choice of using Black or White Magic (sorry for all of you that don't like Final Fantasy).

I'm sorry for misinforming you guys. *curses at the Subject textbar at the top*CRtwenty wrote:I think the correct FF class is "Sage" not "Magi"
But if we're talking about FF classes, Red Mage is the best, no question.
Though this is about The World R:2 classes, not FF classes.
What I meant to say is is that I made my own, fan made class, just to have fun with. It's called a Magi, and it's a Multi-Weapon with a choice of Warlock or Harvest Magic. Back on topic....
And with the fact that Why I would like a Multi-Weapon class?
- Brandishs have Buster Swords that weigh like feathers and slam like cars going 160 MPH.
- Steam Gunners have Guns. I love shooting things. ^w^ And playing Gunblade at the same time.
- Fusing Warlock Magic with the mad skills you gain from Brandish and Shots from Steam Gunner *not a proven fact! for fan appreciation!* makes you cooler than Balmung.
Done. Can I go Monster Hunting and infecting PKs with Black Hell Virus now?
