Azure: { face palm}...if you too are going to stay in the human realm for a undetermined amount of time u have to act like regular people........though its not alot of fun but actually I am curious to see what the waiters face will be.... also Millin u can just order how u want your steak.......I think you'll be able to eat these ribs even faster than ten minutes....u do have an iron stomach

"We just need a little practice. I'm used to momentary interactions, so I need to work on prolonged interactions. I'm sure you'll help us with that, right?" she replied as the waiter came to take their orders. She ordered her ribs, to the shock of the waiter as he couldn't imagine a little thing like her eating that much food, as well as some drink that appeared to be a liquified block of chocolate sweet enough to cause tooth decay in 3.5 seconds with cherry pieces in it.

"I'll have the biggest steak you have, as well done as you can manage. For the sides let's have a Caesar Salad and a baked potato. Oh and to drink I would like the blood of children." The man's reaction was delayed until he had written it down. "Uh, sir. We uh we don't have that." Millintica made an exaggerated sigh, "Alright, then I'll have the tears of orphans." The waiter's jaw just dropped, but to his credit it only took him about 5 seconds to recover and he remained professional. "Will water do?" Millintica shook his head, "No no. If you don't have either of those then I'll have a bottle of red wine." The waiter handed him the wine list, "If I can just see your I.D. sir?" Millintica reached into his pocket, there was no driver's license or any other form of I.D. on him. "Jesabell... Sorry, must have left it at home, never mind then. Big Red?" The waiter shook his head in response. "Honestly? You know what, Azure just pick something, I don't care anymore." He crossed his arms on the table and rested his forehead on them. I need to have a talk with her when I get back, regarding what's essential for me to have with me.

Azure: I'll just have the usual

{ the waiter gets the orders and then leaves}

Azure: Oi....Millintica...are u really going to Sulk about this today....jeeez Cheer up Buddy besides if u want to blend in well normal people don't sulk with their heads on the table.........*sigh*...whay is this such a pain?

Artemisia, meanwhile, had managed as stay silent all this time. Her petite frame shook noticeably through all of it, her eyes screwed shut, as she reached into one of her many hidden dress pockets for something. It wasn't until the Waiter left and was out of sight that Artemisia slumped forward and exploded with laughter, a hand over her mouth to muffle the sound and volume as her other hand slapped down a twenty. She did say that she'd pay to witness that exchange. "All... all yours, Millin..!" she breathlessly around her laughs as she slid him the $20. "That was...! That was awesome..!" she managed to got out as she wiped away tears and slowly regained control.

Millintica looked up smiling and burst into laughter as he grabbed the twenty. "Are-are you kidding?" After he managed to stop laughing. "I was having trouble not laughing. I only acted like I was sulking to hide the huge grin. Although in all seriousness, some wine would have been good." Everytime we Touch started playing from his pocket and he groaned. "Jesabell..." He put the phone to his ear to stop the music, "Yes? Yes. How do I do that?" He set the phone on the table and turned on the speaker function. "Ok, can you all here me?" Came Jesabell's singsong voice. "Yeah, we can here you. What's so urgent?" "Ultima said he wants all council members to meet with him." "We're busy." "Did you somehow convince Azure and Artemesia to take you to a-" Millintica cut her off with a strained whisper, "NO. We're just getting some food. At a restaurant." "Alright alright, sheesh. You don't have to get so worked up. I'll go in your stead then. I'll grab your aide too Artemesia. I'll call you three after, enjoy your dinner." "Fine." He almost crushed the off button and stuffed the phone in his pocket. Around that time the waiter came by with their drinks.

Thanks Jesabell!" Artemisia managed to get in before Millintica cut the line and put his phone away. She was mostly back under control and looking normal when the Waiter came up to drop off their ordered drinks. Artemisia's was in a tall, heavy glass that seemed to be to help keep the drink warm. Even hot, it was obviously thick as it didn't slosh so much as it shifted in the glass when it was sat down. The straw for it was bigg enough to easily drop a pencil through as well, adding to the implication of its thickness. "Nice," she comment as she took a sip with slight difficulty through the straw. "Perfect sweetness." It was too bad her idea of 'Perfect sweetness' was a sugar-level high enough to kill small children. The drink didn't look half bad.

((Roll Call! Tèrra! Um… Oh wait…))

Tèrra volunteered for Ultima’s request. “If you so wish, I can send one of my assistants to retrieve our younger siblings. In the name of Justice, I believe that Emily is ready to enter the realm of the humans.” Tèrra bowed her head as she spoke, customary of her interactions with Ultima. Emily was often near her when at meeting, in case of emergency, which might be the case now.

Ultima: { he looked at Terra}...Very well if you think Emily can handle it then go ahead and send her I trust your judgement....I'll gather the foot soldiers...we need to stop them at the Gate its is time...this may be a feirce battle lets show them the the wrath of a dragon god

Azure: { he looks towards the window}....hmm rain...the forecast said that it was supposed to be sunny today.... {he closes his eyes} Something must be happening in the Celestial world....Are you sure you should still be here

???: { standing on a rooftop as shadows appear behind him}...come on lets see how strong this brat Azure really is

????: Easy brother don't forget the flame dragon and Wind dragon are also their accompanying him...Freya allready went ahead but it shouldn't be too hard to get rid of Azure

Artemisia paused to look out of the window that Azure was. "Huh..." Then she shrugged. "Well, I don't see why not yet. I'm sure if something truly important were going on, I'm sure we'd of had more then just Jesabell calling us and she definitely wouldn't have been so carefree about, I think," Artemisia replied with a casual wave as she drank more of the sweet, thick, chocolate drink she ordered. "Anyway, I wouldn't worry to much. Almost nothing happens up there, that's why I'm down here so much. So rest easy."

"No, that's just Jesabell. She's very good at remaining calm and collected. And accusing me of things. Which is why she's my only aide." He drained his glass. "So, think we're going to get jumped by some arc dragons anytime soon?"

Jesabell, a small blue dragoness, remained silent standing on her hind legs next to Millintica's seat in the council chambers. She was typing silently on a dragon sized cellphone, taking notes and sending/receiving memos, while she kept her head inclined towards the ground respectful of her superiors in the room.

Ultima: Jesabel?l...Millintica isn't coming?....its okay we should be enough... to deal with some petty Arc dragons

Azure: your really looking for a fight eh? Millintica if you want to fight so bad we can spar like we used to.... though.... I have this feeling?...we just might get to fight some Arc dragons tonight

"No, it's not that. It's just they attacked us once I doubt they'll just leave it at that. Even though we did trounce them pretty hard. Well that and all of this waiting around is starting to get to me. Patience is not one of my greatest virtues." He began tapping the table with one hand. When the water returned, "Can you bring me one of those." He asked pointing to Artemesia's chocolate drink. "Actually, you should probably bring two. I have the strangest feeling that she's going to steal mine."

Artemisia giggled mischievously. "Damn straight I would've, Millin," she replied as the waiter walked off. "They're good. Especially after then cool." She turned her cup upside-down, shaking it a little before a large of chocolate and cherries fell out into her hand, where she started eating it, using her straw as an impromptu stick. "Besides, waiting is easy! You just have to find a way to keep yourself entertained, like I do," she finished as she pointed outside where the wind was chaotically shifting back and forth in both strength and direction, blowing all manner of things around.

"Aha, yes. I see." Millintica nodded in understanding. "So what you're saying is I should start a wildfire in the city." He shook his head, "Y'know somehow I don't think too many people, your dear and fluffy little brother Azure included, would appreciate having to deal with an inferno. Plus I might destroy some chocolate bars and I know you wouldn't appreciate that.Speaking of chocolate." The waiter arrived with the chocolate 'drinks'. Millin made sure to keep his out of Artemesia's reach until she was started with her own. He put a finger in his and started heating it up.

Azure:....my money....{ he watches how millin and Artemisia slowly eat away his money in the figurative sense}.....sigh { he glances out the window as he notices something}....hmm?... * Dragon eyes* { his eyes become slits as he sees half way across the city and he notices Arc dragons and a mysterious figure}.... I'll be right back a little rest room break { he leaves money on the table as he walks into the restroom and he sneaks out}....damn it's raining...hard { he dashes as he jumps onto a rooftop and he starts running}

"He left money. He's not coming back anytime soon, is he?" Millintica looked down at his bubbling drink with a sigh. "And it just got warm too." He downed as much of it as he could and looked around to see what had gotten Azure's sudden interest. "You see them, right? Should we catch up to him or just beat him there? Artemesia? She's already gone, isn't she?" He turned to see Artemesia, her drink, and somehow his own all gone. "I see running off in his own is something they all share."

It wasn't hard for Millintica to follow Azure. He just had to head for the biggest bonfire and once he was on the rooftops and in hybrid form it wasn't that hard to catch up in spite of the weather. "You do realize this is exactly why I was ordered to keep a 24 hour watch on you, right? Don't give me any excuses. I'll just have a nice friendly chat with our good friends and then we can all go back and finish our meal without trying to run out on our escorts again." The rifle appeared in Millintica's hands.

Artemisia giggled. It wasn't one of her normal giggles though. It was the kind one hears in Horror movies coming from the killer doll or insane, murderous little girl. "I agree. Especially as I'm going to be...unamused...if I miss a free dinner..." Artemisia said from Millintica's right side where she finished his drink. She was standing underneath his semi-open wing where she was somehow perfectly dry in this heavy, driving rain. She didn't like to fight, but she'd already accepted the reality of things. Azure was a target, meaning, if she was to stay around him, fights were inevitable.

Edna's eyes opened, blank as she looked towards the window. Standing there made her feel different. As if she were somewhere different and somewhere far away. Focusing on what seemed to be bright lights in the distance, she moved time back slowly. As if she were possessed by some sort of will that were not completely her own. It forced everything to return to how it was. She fell back into another person's arms.

"Edna, why do you do this?" Her mother asked softly, bringing her back to the bed. "You're so much like the one you inherited this magic from. Always wanting battles to not even start." She knew that there would be no way that Edna would wake up for at least half the day, having used more than enough to maintain consciousness. Hopefully the dragons she effected would not be angered by her actions as much. "If you start remembering her memories it will be a terrible thing. Your powers do not need to be used for anything now." Edna had not completely awakened yet, so they had to keep it from happening as much as possible.

To Artemisia, it felt as if she make an extended blink. But yet, when her eyes opened, The three of them were back in the restaurant, the waiter just bring the two chocolate drinks that Millin had asked for, saying the food would be there soon. But this had happened already, not five minutes ago. Was it Time Sorcery...? She didn't sense it, but what other possibility could it be...? She shook her head as she drank deeply from her new drink before looking to Azure and Millintica. "What... just happened...?"
