Zorlo rested his hand against his chin and thought quietly. "Hmm... I'd say what a nice guy, but this means that..." Z paused and shook his head quietly as he looked at Florin, and then to Meriele, and back to silence. "How do I get myself into these situations?" he asked, sighing as he followed the group as they moved into the service tunnel.

"It strikes me as odd," Zorlo stated as he paused and looked at the underground area, "we're going underground... so shouldn't that evil, red metal dust crap be down here now?" the green-haired man asked as he rested a hand on his sheathed sword. "It feels odd... very odd," the man stated with a sigh as he looked between the group again.

Efreeti's comment brought him back to reality. "First off, just because I'm the only man here doesn't mean I'm the group butler. I'm far nicer dressed and far..." Zorlo simply sighed. "Okay, well, hundreds of years ago, there was a group of warriors from Glacia who..." Zorlo continued to tell the story as the group continued to move along.

Ifreeti hugged Zorlo, "You're so cute when you're resigned. Just like those mice I used to feed to my pet asp." She squeezed him harder and actually picked him up. "I had a pet asp! Wheee!" Ifreeti spun around a couple of times before she let Zorlo go and shoved him genially while she started dancing. "I wonder what I called him or her, whichever it was."

Zorlo reached under his jacket and checked to make sure his ribs weren't broken. "Well... it was painful, like being crushed by an anaconda, but at least she remembered something. I'm not sure how it worked out like that, but I'm happy that my body might be able to take it," the green-haired man said as he stretched and took another deep breath before cracking his neck. "Anyway, let's keep moving onwards and upwards. We have a statue to find..." the man said with a smile as he took the lead. For now, he needed to avoid being caught off guard by ANY of these women. That mistake could be lethal.

"Hmm, you're right mister Zorlo, oddly enough this service tunnel doesn't seem to have any trace of red fog" said Florin as they continued walking, they later on came across pools of blood, Kamille then examined it, "looks dried, I'm guessing whatever bled here is gone, or at least something or someone took its corpse" she said as she continued walking, they later on came into a wide room with a winch on a second floor connected by a ladder, "why would a service tunnel need a winch? It's like they carried something heavy" said Flo, Kamille then saw the ladder,"You guy's go up first" said Kamille, as they went up with Kamille being last, the ladder suddenly broke, "you should really carry a lighter weapon" said Flo from the second floor, "use the winch" replied Kamille, as she waited she then heard footsteps, she raised VAR and was surprised to see a bloodied Ramirez, "Rami!" she yelled as she helped him up, "What happened?! Marco said he lost contact with you!" she asked, "no time to explain, those thing's.... Killed my men." he said as he fainted, "Kamille! Its stuck!" said Flo as she tried to move it, "Help her!" said Kamille, she then turned around after she heard growling in the shadows and shone a light at it..... Now she wished she hadn't.

Zorlo smiled at Meriele as he rested a hand on her shoulder. "Help Florin get the winch going. I've got a duty to know," the green-haired man said as he leapt down and landed next to Kamille. He looked up and saw the monster coming towards them. Odds are, there would be others. Zorlo quickly drew the staff he had picked up in the town before and held it over Ramirez, beginning the process of healing him as a bright green glow began to engulf the man.

With Zorlo's other hand, he drew his sword and half-glanced back at Kamille. "My family was once part of the Templar order... well, one of them. It stopped mattering a long time ago when they were all wiped out... but my mom did enforce the fact I need to keep up with dignity and nobility, even if I'm merely a commoner. I'll help you and this gentleman... because it's the right thing to throw myself at that hideous creature for."

Zorlo took a deep breath and called up to Meriele and Florin. "If the Goddess of Fortune supports it, I'll see you again, ladies. If not, don't forget about me too soon," he said, smiling and sounding happy. This wasn't the time to make people worry. He'd be fine... he hoped.

"Shoot it!" Ifreeti shouted down at Kamille. "Hey Butler you've been working on-" He jumps down the hole. "Never mind then. Give me that." Ifreeti tossed her coat aside and grabbed the winch from Flo, unfortunately the handle snapped off as she tried to turn it. "Cheap Valuan craftsmanship. FIne, plan B then." A crimson aura came off Ireeti as she used her red magic to amplify her strength. She grabbed the cable with both hands and started pulling everyone up. "Would it kill yo, to lay off, the donuts?" She asked no one in particular as she raised the platform. She locked her feet in under a pipe to help keep her from being lifted herself in case somebody else decided to jump down there.

"I dont eat that much" growled Kamille, "hate to interrupt but those thing's are crawling towards us!" said Ramirez as he pointed to the abomination's, the group ran into another tunnel and came across a room with a steel door, even though he was injured Ramirez ran quickly and shut the door, he also bolted it tight before slumping, Kamille then went to him, "what happened?! Who did this Rami?" she asked as Ramirez looked annoyed, "hold it, let me catch my breath" he aid as he continued breathing heavily, Flo then approached Kamille and asked, "Uh, care to explain why you're helping the guy who's been trying to kill us?", "simple: he's a double agent!" replied Kamille, "he only shows people what they want to see" she added, "true, ever notice when I was going after all of you I usually had "escorts"?" added Ramirez, "so hows Fina?" he asked Kamille, "still studying medicine" answered Kamille, "now can you explain to us as to whats going on?" asked Flo, "your organization isn't the only one who knows of El Dorado, the Valuan empire discovered it year's ago when this colony was still inhabited, the true purpose of the colony was to hide it, they sent a mercenary named Atoq Navarro to secure it, I was sent here under the guise of quelling a revolt but in reality sent to find out why first fleet is sending their forces here, I got caught and ran for it, me and my men ran into those thing's Atoq called "descendants", they killed my men and wounded me badly, I stumbled awhile till I came across you guys" answered Ramirez.

"Ramirez is as good as dead" said the man in a brown vest, "and I assure you admiral, I shall find El Dorado soon" he continued as he spoke to the radio, "it better be, I've spent a lot of money on this operation and I will not have it wasted Atoq" replied the voice on the radio

"Sure you don't." Said Ifreeti before she let the cable go and the platform crashed down on a bunch of the zombies, descendants, or whatever you wanted to call them. When they finally stopped she started munching on food again. Ifreeti crouched next to Ramirez. "That's all very fascinating, but maybe you should rest for a minute and let the girls talk." She smiled at Flo and moved off to the side, something about the smile made it seem like Ifreeti was angry about something. "Fleur, Flo, Zuzu might be able to heal whatshisname, but he is going to slow us down and based on what he said, we have some competition trying to beat us to this statue. We should just leave him here and go get the statue. Although I doubt we'll be able to do that without leaving Kami here too." The red woman tapped her foot impatiently. "We are still just here for the statue, right? We're not trying to find a mythical city of gold on this particular venture, are we?"

"perhaps you need to understand Valuan, El Dorado isn't a city like most people think, it's a statue!" answered Ramirez, Kamille then helped him up, "I can walk" he replied, "I know the layout of the entire colony so I'm joining whether you like it or not, and just for the record I'm helping Kamille" he said as he glanced at Flo who was eying him, "and my real name is Rami Sellers" he added. James Ramirez/Rami Sellers has(forcefully)joined the party

The group continued walking further and discovered that they were in an airship hangar after seeing the husks of ships, "now what would they need a secret hangar for?" thought Flo, "to smuggle things, this colony was built over some ruins where El Dorado was found, but from the looks of it the ships were blown up, like they weren't supposed to leave" he answered.

"Atoq Navarro..." Zorlo had whispered when he heard the name. From that point on, he'd become almost totally consumed in thought. The name sounded... familiar. But from where? As the group continued to think on the subject, the green-haired man started to drift behind the group farther and farther behind until he simply stopped moving. At about that point, Zorlo had lost track of the rest of the group and now found himself looking around quietly. "Hmm... well, that's not good," Zorlo said as he reached into his jacket and placed down some incense on the ground. With a small bit of fire, he lit some and the smell began to fill the tunnel Zorlo had become lost in.

"If nothing else, that might allow Meriele to find me," the green-haired man said as he cracked his neck and stopped moving. "Oldest strategy of things, when you're separated from a group, just remain still and hope they find me. If not... well, at least I'll know where I know Navarro's name from when I'm dead."

Ifreeti zoned out at Ramirez's comment, "El Dorado isn't a city like most people think, it's a statue!" She had a flashback to when she was smaller, not red, and called ------.

"El Dorado isn't a city like most people think, it's a statue. ------ are you listening?" "Huh? Oh, yes of course. El Dorado is a statue of gold that looks like this." Little ------ held up a picture for her teacher to see. "Very good, it caused-"

"Damnit. Still no name." Ifreeti said to herself as she snapped back into the present when they were at the ships. She gave them a bored glance. "Yeah, they were scuttled to prevent El Dorado from being taken from here. And now Zorlo's gone missing. More importantly, Rami was it, do you know who I am?" She stared at him until he responded, at which she'll probably sigh and punch a hole in the nearest wall.

Meriele also sighed as she paused. She'd heard his foot steps growing softer as he lagged behind, but she'd never thought Zorlo would be foolish enough to actually stop in a place like this. But whatever. It shouldn't be hard to find him and she trusted Ifreeti to keep an eye on the others. "I'll catch up later. I'm gonna go get Zorlo before something bad happens," Meriele said as she turned and started walking back the way the group had come. Meriele [and Zorlo] have (temporarily) left the party...

Once out of sight, a flare gun came to the Felineko's hand and fired a slow-burn flare into the wall to mark her path as she started jogging. Zorlo hadn't been gone that long, so it shouldn't be that far back. sure enough, she could already smell the incense barely two corners back.

Zorlo had heard the sound of steps moving towards him and he smiled. Hopefully, it wasn't those descendant things. IT was when Zorlo saw the shadow of a woman made him smile. "Oh, there you are! Good, I had hoped that someone had noticed I was gone. SOrry about that Meriele," the green-haired man said as he looked at her and smiled. Still, she seemed a bit off... and he felt a bit... unusual. Zorlo shifted forwards and smiled at the woman. "So... uh... thanks for finding me..." He said, feeling a bit dizzy and... strangely aroused.

"we should go get mister Zorlo" said Florin as she started walking the other Direction, Kamille then followed with Rami following begrudgingly, "so Rami, is there anything you know about this statue? And about this place." asked Kamille, "it is said to be cursed, however, when the local garrison found out about it, it was too late, this fog was created using a build up of rusted air from the mines beneath the colony in order to kill the creatures, but instead they went underground since the fog was only coming from the tunnels connecting to the mine" he answered.

"Are we there yet?" Ifreeti finally asked exasperated. They had been down here a while already and she was getting bored, there were only so many things you could climb on in a service tunnel before you got bored of them and she had already gone through half the food packs she had brought with her. "I'm tired of these stupid walls."

((Oh? Why's that?))

As Meriele got closer, Zorlo could see several things that could be considered...off...about the Felineko. The first was likely that she seemed to be walking a bit funny. Beyond that, she was flushed and breathing a bit fast, and didn't look amused. This last one was reinforced by her grabbing hold of his collar and pulling him in closer. "Why... the hell... are you burning these? Well, other then the excuse of getting me alone in a dark place?" she asked as she licked his cheek before stopping and shaking her head in a pitiful attempt to clear her mind.

(Wait, what? ;__; That makes me sad-face. ._. )

Zorlo looked at her and thought quietly as he looked at the incense. "Crap!" he yelled as he fell backwards and clasped his fingers on the incense, putting it out. "Wrong incense," he said, blinking nervously as he looked at her. "Sorry about that... but..." he said as he felt around his jacket for his other incenses he normally carried, but found nothing. "Oh... this is the only incense I have at the moment... that's why I lit it. Sorry," the man said with a sigh as he stood up. "Anyway, do you know where the others are?"

((Fine, I'll keep this going then, I've just been so stressed lately, sorry if I dissapointed some of you guys))
"we're in a secret dock" replied Ramirez as the group showed up, with Ifreeti following, "so why did you stop mister Zorlo?" asked Flo somewhat worried, Kamille scanned the area, still weary of those things that attacked them, they began walking again soon after.
