Sounds cool, but could anyone recommend party members and weapons to get (the best so far)?

Party members are somewhat inevitable, the one's you get in Rebirth are:

 Silabus
Gaspard
Atoli
Kuhn
Pai
Piros the 3rd

As far as my knowledge goes Haseo and Atoli went to this dungeon for whatever reason where they see Endurance playing some black mist. After realizing he has company, Endurance leaves and Anna appears out of a wall of the black mist and attacks leading to Kuhn saving them.
So, my question is why was he following them and why did he save them from Anna, what did he profit from doing this?

Wow, my longest post yet, I'm proud of myself. :D

He saved them from Anna because... ...that's his job. As part of Project GU, its his duty to hunt down and destroy the AIDA, as it is the job of Haseo and Pai. I believe he appears there simply because of a report on AIDA being in the area.

I just encountered him for the first time and I was at level 27 and he beat me in two hits ^_^; but I got revaived three or four times because I encountered a strange lucky animal.
That reviving didn't help at all though...

And he just walked in to the blue battle ring without any kind of warning when I was fighting trhee other monsters...and it was wierd to hear the usual batle music and after that the creepe Dopelganger. But how nice of him to just walk in to the battle rings without any kind of warning...this is the best encounter ever! :D
Hmm, I beat it way before 27 hours if memory serves... I guess it's 'cause I procrastinated on most optional things until I was high enough level to completely blow them away in one hit...

Wow, he assists monsters? It's like when Haseo helps players in battles, but in reverse!

Yes, you can run from battles using items, just make sure you have them. The doppelganger isn't very fast outside of battle either...

The first instance? His PC is, but wasn't Ovan the first of the current ones?

It took me 27 hours to beat G.U.

I've only run into the doppleganger once and died in 2 hits.

I found that item to run by accident when looking for something else. Be warned, they do chase you if you don't move.

I think they were talking about Khun being the first Epitaph Wielder Haseo knows about. Since until he saw Khun fight off the Anna, he had no idea about their existance.

What I mean is that he's the first Epitaph Wielder you see becoming an Avatar.

Could someone tell me what Haseo says when he is  face to face with Tri-Edge in the end? I know he asks him that: "What are you?" And then he asks that if he is Aida hacker or ... <--- that third one is the one that I would like to know actually. It is that "hibunskai" or something and it is said quite many times along the storyline and I would like to know what it means...
So if someone would be kind enough to answer then...

"Hibun" means "epitaph". "Tsukai" means "user". So "Hibun-Tsukai" are what we call "Epitaph Wielders".

I think it's a book or something, but maybe I'm wrong. It costs like 30000 or something like that though. And no, you can only get it through trades, guildshops, or the magic shop...

Well thank you again Kuukai, though I pretty much figured it out myself already.
And it seems to me that those are somekind of bottles...and does anyone know where I could somehow get Haseo's first "twin swords" back?
I lost them in the start in my stupidy and now I would like to get them back.
Of course I could always start over but if anyone knows then I will gladly take the info...

Hmmm so i take it that having a full time healer isnt as important as the last games?

In Infection and Mutation I always had Elk with me no matter what and in Outbreak and Quartine I always had WiseMan in my party. In other words I always had a wave master with me for the full party healing and the great summons.

My question is: Is healing magic as important as in the old games?

(in the old games healing was your only form of defence seeing as you couldnt do much else then stand there and take a hit, now in GU you can block so is healing as bluntly important?)

Also, Can regulare classes use magic?
(aka, Twin swords, brandish and what not)

One more thing: In the old games if a monster got too close to a Wave masters (ex: Elk) Elk would try to perform a very weak physical attack.
So question being, Do WarLocks/Harvest perform weak Physical attacks like the Old Games? or have they given up on that?

And just ONE MORE thing.
Do you get to incounter random "Player Characters" wondering around the fields and dungeons??, EX: I'm walking down a dungeon hall way can I randomly meet a PC that is just minding his or her own bussiness.

That was one thing that really tick me off about the old games, they said that over 20 million ppl were playing the game but you never met any other players except on the rare side quest such as Rachels services. And even that wasnt great being that it was bluntly per planned.

If you're talking about 回式・芥骨, it's treasure at Δ麗なる 先導の 巣立ち according to some websites...

Was it remotely important in the last games? Items were quicker and more tactically effective... It's about the same in my opinion...

Yes, your health will definitely go down, so you need to heal. But luckily everyone can learn repth and you can only carry 50 of each usable item so eventually you just start using items because there's no reason not to...

A lot of it, yes.

More or less. You only meet them by gates or in battle areas, but since those are spread across the dungeon/field: effectively "yes".

Yeah, you see a lot more, and you interact with lots of guilds, and see people from the BBS. It's more believable. And just trying to talk to them all is a huge task.

Umm...unfortunately I can't read those names unless you show them to me as a picture.
And I'm talking the first weapon Haseo is carrying at the start of the game.

Hmmm that may be true for you but when I played I found that being able to set a wave master to constantly recover the party was usefull, and taken that wave masters (via head equipment) can cast healing spells on all party members at the same time. and at times thats a pricless skill. Now granted (in the old games) you can just equip wave master armor and there fore giving Kite the healing ability (of which I always used in the final battle)

But everyone has his or her perfered playing style and stragedy.

If you have Atoli in your party she does normally stay back and stick to healing. And you don't even have to tell her to do it. She also learns other healing spells, including an all heal one. It feels more like your other party members are being controlled by other people. Something the original games lacked. You had to tell them what the best thing to do was, instead of just sticking to their natural character abilities. I found I rarely had to heal myself, even when I didn't have Atoli in the party. Since your other party members will heal you when you get low. I found I had to be mostly the primary healer in the original games. I haven't in G.U.
